Visited this site today with a last minute request. I have a board meeting tomorrow and needed 8 copies of a lengthy budget. They were very fast and had it done in a very short period of time. This was something I needed an immediate turnaround time on and they came through! Before going there, I had called around and other places said it would be the next day. Mark helped me and was fabulous. I will definitely be back for printing needs again. Prices were a bit on the higher side, but quality was great and met my needs.

I wish I could give them a ZERO, worst service I’ve ever received. The lady with blue hair was rude and dismissive and the reason I won’t use FedEx again….if I behaved like her at work I’d be unemployed.

I had a blanket shipped with a prepaid label and was charged an additional $15 after the item was shipped because the person who entered the weight put it as 13 lbs instead of 3!!! Now I’m out another $15 on this sale. How does this even happen. Very upset and will never come to this location again. NEVER LEAVE WITHOUT A RECEIPT. I want to know how I get my money back!? This is unacceptable..

Don't go here to get a pasport. They talked me in to it and I wasted $158.00. I ended up going to the post office and they told me ho much the fedex rush my pasport was a scam.

On Friday, Feb. 23rdEmployee misslabeled my package and my recipient received a box of Baby Formula instead of a package worth ~$1000 that conviently was misslabeled and lost in the mail. Doesn't help that I wanted to personal watch the package be placed in the correct shipping box and packaged but the employee was acting slightly suspect after I was honest and told them what the package was and why it was valued that high. So I highly suspect it was stolen at this location and shipping labels swapped.

Nicole and Marilou always deliver a great product. Nicole has helped me the most and I have to say I feel confident that she cares about putting out great products and helping me achieve the look I am aiming for. She has made me a loyal (FedEx 135th and Blackbob) user as I know they take pride in their products and customer satisfaction.

She detected a scam, and even explained how she knew it was a scam based on the tracking number. She explained to me which number I would need to provide to Google if needed for my return. She was fast, friendly, and accurate.
