Three days ago I took the alignment and balancing service at this store and they did the work. At that moment I realized that they left a noise in my front right tire, which my vehicle did not have before doing the service and I see that the rim along with the tires were left tilted, I came back the next day and someone who speaks Spanish told me that they should have given me the inspection sheet because I needed to change the shock absorber and no one informed me about that, I went and changed what they ordered and I came back on the third day because the vehicle It's still the same and the new representative who is at the checkout says that I have to pay for the alignment and balancing again when they tell me that I have a warranty on the service for one year. In reality, I feel upset. I don't know if it was because he didn't like me or if he just wants to scam me because I claimed the service under the warranty, but now my vehicle came out worse from the service I took. I thought they were very serious, but I'm not recommending the service of this store that is in this location.

Not a fan of the condescending manager I spoke with this morning. I was told that national accounts is down so they couldn't do the service I scheduled, which is fair, but I called 2 hours ahead of time to confirm and had to drive out in the snow to be told no very rudely.

Went there to replace a tire. After setting up an appointment. The guys had an issue with one of the lug nuts. It took them several minutes to tell me after they tried their best to take it off and they couldn’t. They damaged the whole thing and at the end they asked me to buy a whole new rim with the wheel bearing assembly and then go back to them so they can cut the rim and replace it.Why they did not ask me before even they have started digging holes on the rim? That cost so much money! Not to mention that I have used them for several years. And then handed me the keys to pick up my car.and said no human in the entire world can get this lug nut out. You think if you can’t get it out then there no one in this entire planet can get it out? I came home and got it out in 5 minutes using small tools like baby tools and had the tire replaced with no issues at all. Not to mention the guy at the front telling them do not waste your time on this car even I agreed to be charged for their time just to help me out. I have pics before and after. Never go back there no matter what !

I've never have had a pleasant experience at this Firestone. I've scheduled multiple appointments with them only for them to call and tell me they don't have time, even tho every single appointment slot was open. I bought a pretty expensive set of tires a while ago and never have been able to use their service for free tire rotations/ repairs due never being able to get in. I even dropped my car off one morning as a waiter for a tire rotation and 5hrs later, my car hadn't been touched. I ended up taking my vehicle to different businesses and paid for rotations and tire repairs because firestone couldn't get to me. I totally understand things happen but this is the 6th time I've been told they can't help me until a later time. And I'm hesitant to schedule a later appointment because I fear my car won't get worked on....atleast in a timely manner. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

They dont seem to get a simple toe adjustment for an alignment right the first time. I doubt they even test drove the car after the alignment to make sure everything is straight. This is all low quality and unprofessional work, I'm customer that brings them a lot of business. Prices for an alignment is ridiculously high. $140 for one time alignment is very high. Im thinking i should start going elsewhere.

Made an appointment early in the day and took until after they closed to even start work on my car, just needed 2 tires and it took over 7 hours before they even started their work, will not be coming back here or to Firestone at all anymore, the service used to be excellent.

The only main issues I had, were that some of the new tires had actual dirt patches on the sidewalls, 5" in length instead of being clean as they were brand new, and the wrong engine for my car was listed on the final invoice,
which I made sure before the order was written, the correct one.

Horrible experience. Attempted to setup an oil change and tire patch. Upon one inspection of my vehicle from the office, the manager said, "yeah, I'll pass." He was scared to drive a 10ft tall work van into his shop. Not sure if he doesn't trust himself or his employees. Either way, waisted both of our times and missed out on a potential repeat customer. Would NOT recommend speaking with Rob, he was very unfriendly as well.

All depends on which service manager you get. I've called thinking "there's no way way they can look at this tire"..guy says come on in, I'll get you taken care. They did, I was very grateful. I have bought 3 sets of tires, totaling around $1200-1500 each thru the years. It was great customer service. Until now..I called to make an appt four days in advance. I had a problem that I really needed fixed before I took my truck on vacation. That's why I booked my appt several days before to make sure it was fixed before I left. Service manager promised me they would get to it. I dropped it off the night before. Didn't hear anything by 1030 so I called. He said I would be one of the first to be looked at. He said they hadn't got to it yet, same at 1300, finally I called around 1600. Same rude arrogant manager says he doubts they get to it today. I told him how he promised, he says I never promise anything. I told him to leave my keys in the truck, and I'll pick it up tonight. They really let me down. I was on a very tight schedule and counted on them. But he was the most unprofessional, rude, arrogant butthead I've seen in a long time. Terrible customer service. How they can have a guy like this to deal with the public is beyond me. I don't know if I'll ever go back or not. I'm really disappointed, I thought I had finally found a good honest repair shop with so many bad ones in the past.

These guys are always fantastic! They don’t give you the run around and they explain things to all customers. I’m an exmechanic and it is nice to take my car to a shop that isn’t going to try and screw you.

I called with a flat and they were able to get me in immediately. Service manager was helpful and informed me that I had a road hazard warranty on my tires so the service would be free of charge. The technician identified the issue and repaired it quickly. Great experience!
