I had a tire that had a slow leak, and I discovered a nail in the tread of the tire. It was not in the sidewall so I knew there was a good chance the tire could be fixed. Concerned about it going flat on me, I wanted to get it fixed right away. I initially tried a tire repair business across the street but the best they could do is have it fixed by the end of the day if I dropped it off and came back after it. Having no means to get around if I did so, I chose to try this Firestone store on Blackbob. They worked me in and in fact, had my tire fixed and I was out of the store within about 30 minutes of when I first went in. I really appreciated their willingness to get me fixed up and back on the road. Kudos to the men at Firestone on Blackbob in Olathe!!

Every time I've needed to get in, one way or another they manage it. I'm single and live by myself so I can't drop a car off. They always manage to find a time slot that works.. They are extremely nice, very helpful. The price is a little high honestly but you're paying for quality not just product.

I was charged more than other places charge. I was not fully informed about all of the work they did. The final price was $100 more than I was told. When I tried to call back with questions, no one answered the phone. When I picked up my van, the clerk who completed the payment did not answer any of my questions. And, when I walked in to get my car, the phone was ringing and none of the 3 employees answered it. It was still ringing when I left to find my car in the lot. I had to look for it because they gave no indication where it was parked.

In town this weeked to see my Mom and had to fix a tire warning light. Firestone took care of my problem within 5 minutes. These guys were great. Highly recommend them.

This place is a joke,I came in and i was the only customer inside, the guy there didn’t say a thing. Then another worker came and barely said anything. Anyways they gave me an appointment in 5days,and there attitude was so unwelcoming.Good thing there’re other places,i went to walmart and they did the job in less than an hour.I really regretted about the previous times i went there for care repairs.I’ll never ever go there.

My oil light barely flashed one day so I pulled into Firestone and they were booked but they came out to see how they could help me. They ended up adding five quarts of oil to my engine for free just to get me going. To me that is excellent customer service.

Took my car to them to get my ac fixed and had to come back due to the same symptoms coming back. After the fourth time dropping it back off, and after spending over $1,000, they told me that they don’t know what the problem is. Glad that they “fixed” it the first three times and wasted weeks of my time.

Scheduled a 7:00 am appointment to get my car aligned. Told them that I’d need it back in the evening at the latest, but scheduled the early appointment in the hope that they’d have it done sooner. Went up there to pick it up at 6:30 (30 minutes before closing) and they had closed early at 6:00. They had a barely noticeable piece of paper typed out in small font that relayed this information, however, I had spoken with the staff four different times throughout the day at no point did anyone tell me that the store would be closing an hour early. If your hours deviate from what it says on your website, it would seem like a totally reasonable courtesy to ensure that your customers know this information. Either way, my wife and I are down a car this evening so it really complicated our schedule for tonight and tomorrow morning as we were both counting on having my vehicle returned.

Came in for an alignment and to get a noise checked on the passenger side. Get a call that my (brand new) brake pads were installed incorrectly, are destroyed along with the rotors and that I need to replace them as well as get a flush or else it’ll damage the car further.It didn’t feel right so after getting home we removed the tires to find rotors and pads in mint condition (their provided paperwork reflects that well!). All it needed was a clip readjustment.I understand having to run a business but driving the bottom line with dirty money by creating $ 550+ of nonexistent problems and using fear of potential further damage is beyond unethical. I got lucky but who knows how many people didn’t.Services: Wheel alignment

They just lost a customer due to new manager not knowing how to communicate. I made an appointment online to drop off my vehicle at 7:00 to get a simple oil change and rotation, requesting it to be done prior to noon for my wife to go to work. Generally if that will not work, under old management, they would have given me a courtesy call and told me that it would be impossible to have done before noon. At that point I would have probably made a different appointment or made an accommodation for my wife to get to work. But, I did not receive a phone call. Just a deadpan look this morning at 7am when I went to drop off the vehicle from the new manager. This place was so good under old management. I wonder what happened.Services: Tires

My boyfriends engine shield started falling off in the middle of a drive and this was the closest place to us. Arnie (hopefully I spelled that right) was super kind and helped us immediately. We have never been here before, but this is the place we will definitely start coming to get oil changes and other car needs if everyone is as kind as Arnie is.

Once again I recieved great service. I purchased 4 new tires & the Techs had them installed a lot faster than I had anticipated. Always happy with these folks.
