When I came in here, it looked like a small revolution/riot had happened. Granted, it was Christmas Eve, so I get it. However, I'm scared to go back. The place made Wal-Mart seem like a Tesla Showroom.
Aside from the horribly scattered and unorganized items from the window to the wall, I got what I needed--cheap stuff for 5 bucks apiece.
As far as the employees, I think the only two people working were the 2 people at the cash registers...and I used self-checkout, so... I'm going to optimistically assume they were fine and kind people... 🙃
I don't think this a bad place, just don't come in here expecting a beautifully laid out and organized shopping experience, and you'll be good to go! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

It’s the week before Christmas and your website, Google, and Apple Maps say you open at 8am. Yet, we call and you say nope not open yet. It’s a hour past “open” time. You left several customers and even another employee locked outside because the hours were incorrect or communicated wrong.

I bought things with cash, literally talked to the manager right before I checked out. I paid with cash, walked out to my car and opened them and 3 out of the 4 things I got didn't work at all. I was back in the store within 2 minutes with all the packaging and showed them they didn't work. I took it back in and asked if I could swap the items or exchange it for the same price and they said there's absolutely nothing they could do because I forgot to print the receipt. The manager didn't seem to care so just gave them the broken items I just paid for and left. If someone wants to fix this I'll change my review. Don't shop here you're just burning your money.

Saw several employees just chatting with each other.... Meanwhile this is just a glimpse of what the store looks like, I went in with an elderly woman and this is a legit hazard. Maybe it's just this particular location? But at very least they could clear the aisles.

This place is beyond a hot mess! There are piles of random stuff scattered all over the floor. It is such a gross mess, nothing is organized, and broken toys are all over the place. I used to love bringing my kids here but now I’d rather pay twice somewhere else.

Probably the messiest and most unorganized Five Below I've been in. Items all over the floor, stacks of boxes in the middle of the walkway. Just chaotic.
I'm a big Five Below fan but I wouldn't come back to this one.

There is so much inside! I even picked up the step stool I've been needing! And the kids and grandkids love it! They even had a selection of little candies 10 fur 1.25.

Went in to visit looking for the Solar Flare collection. They had a few products left but not what I was looking for. No worries! I know the collection has been flying off the shelves. I hope they replenish soon.
Of course, I did find some other items that I really liked. The employees in the store were attentive and extremely courteous. They made themselves available to assist whenever I needed and did so with such a gracious disposition. The store itself was clean, well stocked and organized.
The value here is really good and the check out process was a breeze. I'm in this area from time to time and will definitely make it a point to stop in to see what new and exciting products at excellent prices are available.
Keep up the great work everyone. It makes a difference to your customers!
