Went in with both of my kids. Both of them wanted to buy a pokemon charizard super premium collection. We were told we could only get one because it’s rare. Better believe we easily left and got one elsewhere for cheaper because they are not rare. Way to lose a $75 sale and upset a 7 year old for no good reason. Won’t be coming back to your store. Do better with your customer service.

Refurbished for them is just used they don’t even bother checking the device. Bought a broken elite series controller here that turned out to be busted. Wouldn’t take it back either. Stick to more trusted vendors not GameStop

Just came back from from the Gamestop store to buy a Nintendo switch for my daughter for her birthday. Had to deal with an extremely rude and crass manager. I spent over 476.00 on the switch and 3 games and I have never been treated so rudely. We came in friendly and happy and left insulted and dejected. There is no reason for a manager to treat customers like that. His name is Gary so beware. He also has an employee Laura scared to death. It was a horrible experience. Stay away
