Me and my husband received a ticket stating that our God of War Ragnarök game (the preorder) was due to release at MIDNIGHT tonight (11/9). We head to this location and I swear to God we waited half an hour for the store to open up, with a group of people. No employee was there. Its like they closed early on a Midnight, game release day. Earlier in the day, a gentleman at the desk even said to come back at midnight to pick it up! The group of people waiting with us, including my husband and I were completely blown away by this. If an employee isn't gonna be there, don't advertise for a Midnight game release.

Friendly and helpful. They knew the exact answers to my questions that were very specific on Apple TV game controllers.

Need to work on the customer experience. My son and I felt like a burden being in the store. When we did make our purchase it seemed like a pain we were spending our money here, haha. Not impressed, would rather buy online anymore.

The employee tried talking me out of buying GTA V for $17 (for a friend) because "it's a terrible game". The guy also can't take a joke and seems miserable. Then he had the nerve to try to get me to pre-order a game after the terrible service.
