I have never had this bad of a time getting my nails done. I did a basic pedicure and a full set. I was at the salon for over 2.5 hours and I couldn’t wait for it to be over. Once my pedicure had started, the man was cleaning up my cuticles and he had cut into my toes 3 separate times, each time being told “you’re fine” or “you’re ok”, I in fact was not fine, I was bleeding. There was supposed to be a massage in my pedicure, I did not receive that. I asked for a specific color on my toes and he went and grabbed a completely different color and he had already done my whole foot. I was annoyed already so I just didn’t say anything, the color was fine. Once he had started on my full set he burned my nails with the drill MULTIPLE times and kept it at the same speed the whole time. When he was shaping the nails he started filing under my nail and cut into my nail beds to the point of me audibly and loudly saying “OW!” where he would squeeze my finger and say “you’re fine” (this happened 4-6 times). After the 2.5 hours he was finally putting on the cuticle oil but then continue to still file away at my skin to the point where now my toes AND my fingers were throbbing and bleeding, I just wanted to go home. I have never had a worse appointment. I paid for my appointment and did not say anything to anyone because I just did not want him to touch me again. I will NEVER go back to this salon.

If I could give less I would. Lady was super nice when she started my pedicure I specifically told her what I wanted and she agreed, towards the end i asked if she was going to add the pink coat she still agreed and still didnt. She then asked an older gentlemen for help to which he assisted, he was super rude throwing my feet around because he was frustrated. I was going to get a manicure as well but the guy almost cut my skin open with the nail clipper. He then told me to get off the chair. My middle pinky nail is painted all crooked which i didnt notice when I was there because I was so upset. Def do NOT go to this place!!! Lack of good customer service and morals smh completely dissappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. First time coming and definitely my last. They took forever to do a basic pedi (over an hour) and they were on their phones and talking to one another rather than servicing me. Didn’t even ask if I wanted to shape or what color till the very end. Super disappointing pedis are supposed to be relaxing and I felt the exact opposite

So , Trina did my pedicure and she was really fast and it was honestly unpleasant. I went with my mom and her lady was much nicer and Trina finished before my mom yet did mine about 15 minutes later. So I asked if I can get another one because it was not enjoyable. My parents loved coming there and now they can’t because of what they said to them , I was being respectful to them. It’s really upsetting that it was my first pedicure . So I guess I’m just warning y’all about Trina . I hope she calls back and apologizes for how she acted. She also told another customer about what happened? That’s unprofessional.

I don’t typically write reviews on businesses especially when I’ve had a bad experience but I owe it to the lady who came to get her nails done after work and was denied services for what I believe was because of the color of her skin. I have been coming to this nail salon for over a year and have been extremely pleased with their services and quality. There was only two people working and they had four people total in the salon they were working on. I was next in line to get my nails done when a lady of a different race than all of us came in after she had just gotten off work to get her nails done. One of the employees went up to her and told her that they were short on staff and that she would need to come back tomorrow if she wanted her nails done. All she said back was that she worked up here and didn’t live around here so she couldn’t come back tomorrow. The employee said “sorry you will have to come back tomorrow.” I didn’t make much of it at first because I thought they might close after they were finished doing my nails even though it wasn’t close to closing time. After the lady left I witnessed three other white women come in and all be serviced accordingly. I am deeply saddened by this incident and will no longer be a returning customer of this business.

They did a fantastic job. It didnt take long at all for my pedi and the price...more than worth it. Also got my eyebrows waxed in like 2 minutes and they did an INCREDIBLE job! Highly recommend!!
