I agree with other posts about rude employees and complete lack of customer service. She had an attitude and scowl from the moment I walked in. I asked for a cut below my chin w/layers and even showed photos. I ended up with a blunt jaw-length bob. I have never felt uglier. Priscilla gaslit me saying it’s what I asked for. NO it is not! I was in shock upon leaving the salon (and for some reason have an itchy scalp now, possibly from the water, hands, or the comb used?)
Please do you yourself a favor, spare your self-esteem, save your money, avoid this place.

My boyfriend and I went and got our hair cut and buzzed and I had Areyanna and she was so nice and careful with exactly how I wanted it to look and left it open for her to help me figure out the best cut and she was extra attentive and made the best decisions with me. She did exemplary and did so well. Extra stars for Areyanna!! Thank you so much

Was seen spur of the moment by Arden. A sort of difficult cut and I have been trying to find a new stylist for a while. She did an absolutely terrific job!!
She was patient, asked all the right questions. I will definitely be returning to see her. Thank you Arden!

Do not EVER go to this salon. I am handicapped and do you know what the woman who answered the phone said to me? We don't make exceptions for anyone. Yeah, honey, well you just lost my business. And now I am going to yell from the rooftops. Do not ever go to this salon. You are just a number to them. Other women who work there? The woman who answered the phone may cost you your jobs. In this economy? Good luck.

Even though they were super busy our stylist took the time and care needed to ensure my "special needs" sons needs were focused on while giving him the hair cut he wanted
Many stylist head "he has a cochlear implant right here. He's gotten cut before so please be careful" say ok and then still proceed to end up cutting him or just not cutting any hair in that area at all
We had a GREAT experience. She definitely made some great clips! He was very happy with his hair cut.
She even showed me what to do to style it the way it was in all the photos he'd show as examples.

It was very unprofession broadcasting negative politics on the radio station they refused to change the channel a very toxic environment, also the stylisy smell of cigarettes very toxic environment K7 in Santa Fe location

I have been going to this location for years. However I don’t think I will be going back. Today my stylist smelled of cigarette smoke so bad it gave me a headache and my hair smelled of smoke when I was done. I did not recognize any of the staff. Is there a lot of turnover? I’m disappointed as I always had a great experience over the years.
Edited: I got home and looked at my hair after the water and leave-in conditioner dried I had to change my review. My hair is completely uneven, layers look like chunks and the pieces that frame my face are two different lengths. Now I have to find someone who can fix this and pay for that on top of the $25 I paid to the shop. ?
