Don't go to this great clips if you're just getting your undercut trimmed. I've been to over a half dozen different great clips in the johnson county area and never charged more than $9 for a 2 minute neck trim/ fade/clean up. This location wouldn't budge and taxed a full $20 haircut. Lisa did a great job but still it's unfortunate I won't be returning even though they're located right down the street.

I received a good haircut from the stylist. Not withstanding, your prices have gotten out of control. You have far exceeded the rate of inflation with your price increases and reduction in hours open. Great Clips needs to reduce its prices to reflect the rate of inflation, and not price yourself as if you were a custom salon.

I wouldn't recommend this location to anybody, when you first walk in there is cut hair right by the seating area. I asked the woman who was wearing thigh highs for a trim and she cut off more than an inch like I had asked. She continued to drench my hair in her spraying water and doesn't understand that now when you cut an inch, it's going to cut more of my hair off. And then the woman is talking to me and gets information out of me that I'm new to the area and then asks twice where I'm staying at. She was so weird. Thanks great clips for convincing me to take my business somewhere else
