Excellent service with life insurance claim after my mother's death.
Mary was awesome - I just wish Harlan and Mary had their office in my state of CO!
Mary Gash - insurance associate along with Harlan Parker - State Farm agent' were exceptional in their customer service. They had numerous conversations will all 3 of us daughters -after my Mother's death, and helped us navigate her numerous life insurance policies. 2 of us live out of state - which did not deter Mary from getting the policies settled. I have not met a more efficient and compassionate team in any profession.

I had AAA for DECADES (1995) and outside of my agent and his assistant, I had nothing but issues during multiple claims. Then, last year, one misunderstanding with the AAA Membership, and they dropped me like a hot potato. Nothing to do with my driving, record, etc.
Enter my wife's long-term coverage with State Farm. I decided to combine coverages, and BAM. Discount, after discount, after discount.
Plus Harlan's staff walked us through how to combine coverages, and was professional/friendly always.
Oops! Small fender bender RIGHT after signing up. It was even my fault (sort of). Did they cancel me? Nope. Did they raise my rates significantly? Nope.
Claim settled, 2009 truck fixed, BAM. Done.
New 2024 Truck?? Yes, please! Rates jacked up??? Nope.
While SF overall might get a bad rap, Harlan Parker's team is top-notch, and Jenna and everyone there has the same mind-set....."Treat the customer right, and do the right thing by them." Highly recommend.
