I went in recently to buy a new lawn tractor. I can’t speak highly enough of Joe. Amazing customer service and hospitality while we waited on all the paperwork to get wrapped up. The delivery drivers name escapes my mind, but his service was also fantastic. Heritage Tractor in Olathe earned a lifetime customer.

The service tech did not realize I could hear him talking to his co worker. He called me stupid and when I asked him what was said, he pretended to not hear me and went on about his work. Your one employee in your service department is the reason for my review and I won’t be returning for service.
