Just left this store after waiting in line for 15 minutes while an employee is standing there watching the cashiers and people standing in line. Seems as though she could have jumped on the empty register and helped out instead of watching customers frustrated from such a long wait.

Hobby Lobby has a good selection of decor and crafting items. I found knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. Knock off one star because the item I ended up getting did not actually work for my application but that might not be Hobby Lobby's fault.

I love the products this store has. However the staff is neither friendly nor helpful. I said hello to several employees and not one acknowledged me at all. It’s very sad. A simple hello is not that hard.

Terrible customer service both in store and online! I placed an order online for a bolt of white fabric, I was sent the wrong one and neither online or in store will give me a refund. The employees in the fabric department in Olathe are extremely rude, I won’t shop there again!
