You guys are losing sales to amazon.Because you won't price match similar.Items. everybody knows that the names are changed.The items are the same or slightly different. If I can get it for $30 cheaper on Amazon and I don't have to have it right then and there. Why should I come in and ask when you're just going to say, i'm sorry it's not the same brand. You're going to have to change your price match policy.

Bought a dishwasher with installation and cannot get any details from the store on whether it's coming or not. This has been a horrible experience. Other sellers would have given me an estimate of arrival time and have it updated on their website, but not home depot.

A much more pleasant Home Depot experience than usual. Employees are helpful.
The reason the deduction of two stars is because they do not enforce the loading zone. Big ego contractors sit in the loading zone all the time. Almost every time I go there are one or two sitting in the loading zone longer than my entire trip. As someone who would like to routinely use the loading zone, this is very frustrating. If this is fixed it would be a five star location.

Never purchase anything from this store. I purchased a refrigerator and had delivered. But the delivery people refused to take my old refrigerator away because they had no idea how to measure correctly. Now it will take 5 to 7 days to get my money back so I can go somewhere else to get a refrigerator. Worst customer service ever I called back after realizing I didn’t have any paperwork stating that I had returned that refrigerator only to find out that within nine minutes I could’ve had it all put back on My debit card now I have to make another trip into that store to get it put on tomorrow so I can go buy a new Somewhere Customer service I’ve ever seen in

Positive plenty of employees in the store. But when asked where things were in the store both pointed and didn't offer to show us were items were. Also a employee halted us coming out of an aisle so another employee could drive a lift past us only to zip through the store.

Tried to return a new never opened product, was told that gas motors was only a 30 day return policy, I was never advised of this when it was purchased. I will never use Home Depot for anything going forward.
