Associate was very friendly. I brought in a piece of hardware that I needed to get more of. He knew right wear to look and helped me find it very fast. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with exactly what I needed!

I placed a large order on Friday. The website said they would deliver the items on Saturday at the latest. I called in to customer service today and now I've been told that this store won't deliver until Wednesday because of weather conditions. The funny thing is that I am still getting Amazon packages delivered to my door in the same "weather" conditions. So Home Depot basically lied to me about the delivery date and they still are still charging me $79 for the delivery. This is terrible customer service.

The manager Mike that was working Aug 25th 2023 was AMAZING and kind. Not only was he happy to speak to me over the phone about the 12ft skeleton he also made sure to say hi and grab two associates to help me load it in the car! Huge shout out to those 2 associates as well (ones name was also Micheal)

I've spent thousands at this place. Went in and asked for a discount if I bought 3 Adirondack chairs. Manager told me no and even worse, they will trash what is left at the end pf the season

Bigger selection than the other olathe Home Depot, but can never find employees. When I checked out the cashier pushed a $1000 toolbox into the counter leaving a huge dent and said “oops.” Didn't even say sorry or let me go get a different one. I will be shopping at the other Olathe Home Depot from now on.

Ordered online, waited an hour for them to find the product. The product create and box was damaged. Lady was short was asked about the damage. I told her to just refund the money. I get this country is a mess, but people need to still take pride in their job. We need to get more people off assistance and back to work so places like this can have more labor to choose from.

There are 3 Home-depot locations close by I would normally go . 119th and Strangline , 95th and Metcalf and Lackman and Shawnee Mission Parkway . Folks are normally friendly and willing to Assist and help .
