My experience with this H&R Block was atrocious. I will never use them again. I could have filed my taxes myself with how long they took and saved myself a lot of money. They took over a week to file what should be relatively simple taxes. Our tax “professional”, Kecheia, seemed very overwhelmed handling multiple W-2s and K-1s.
We got to the point of having such little confidence that we were going to be able to file our taxes on time that we were considering filing an extension. After a (unhelpful) conversation with customer service, they offered to file an extension for us but we would have to pay for it despite potentially needing one because THEY were taking too long.
I wish Google would allow us to give zero out of 5 stars. Save yourself the headache and just file your taxes yourself. Even if it takes a week, it will still be faster and cheaper than H&R Block.

Isaac Marquez Cordova is outstanding at his job as a master tax preparer. He's the best I've had at H@R Block thus far in several years. He gets us our maximum refund and he gives you solid advice on what to do moving forward so we can make our maximum income potential without owing in the future.
