I cannot recommend this place enough. Fantastic customer service, quick diagnostic, and they even did the whole job for free since they didn’t find anything wrong with my MacBook.Their service is rarely offered these days - and I cannot recommend them enough.Absolutely will be using them for my future needs.

This company would not give me a refund for work never completed. They require prepayment and when I decided not to move ahead they refused to give me a refund. I called 5 times and was told on all separate accounts that a manager would call me back because they changed accounting systems and only a manager access the old system. I never once received a call back. After calling again three years later, I finally got an email saying too much time has passed and they will not refund me. How can they keep someone's money for a service never provided? This is illegal in many states and the business is suppose to report unearned revenue to the state or refund the customer. It's blatant robbery. Awful customer service!

I was leaning for more of 3.75-4.25 stars for this, but since there's no in-betweens for this I just settled for 4.Start 2/2/23-I dropped in for a basic charger port replacement for a tablet, guy at the front had me set up real quick and easy, polite of course too, explained my issue, and was told it'd be 2-3 diagnosis from there. All fine, nothing really wrong there, I didn't care for priority handling, so a week fix didn't bother me. 5*Mid 2/6/23- Approval request sent, diagnosis done, just required a payment for 75 total, so it's about 20 max for the part 50 for labor, 5 ish for tax. Fine and dandy, OK'd it and paid next hour, all I had to do was wait. 4.75*End 2/8/23- They called right about an hour after opening(Which kudos on them for being prompt) and around 1130-1200 my wife went to pick it up, no problems, practically a 4.5-5 star deal. It's just the part that bums me out, which I just can't get over, is the minor damage after inspecting it myself.Damage as small as they were- small tear/dent on cover, denting on the side of the tablet itself, and a few scratches on the tablet(definitely something you can feel just by grazing it with your hand.)It's cosmetic only I know, nothing that hurts the function of the tablet, however, for me it's just one of those 'pet peeves' kind of situations. It's like handing your buddy your phone or laptop and it comes back scuffed, greasy, scratched, just mishandled in some type of way that kinda reminds you why you don't lend your stuff out. 3*All in all, it's a -1 for the scuffs, compounded with a- .25 for time/money spent just to see the damage, I'm sure maybe most wouldn't care, but again it's a game of trust for me here. I always try to handle what isn't mine with a lot more respect, 'cause I'd feel bad if I gave someone their stuff back with visible dents or scratches on it.They fixed the tablet and were pleasant people, they deserve more business for it all, and I'm sure my issue isn't a common occurrence.. for me it's a personal pet peeve I just couldn't really ignore. Thank you and apologies.

I am sure this would have been a pretty boring repair for them under usual circumstances. But somewhere there was a delivery mix up (no party at blame) and this job needed to be done quickly and with care. The GM responded directly to my issue and saw the expedited repair through to a successful delivery. In the case of those pre-stated boring repairs, you might not get any real sense for how a company runs. But when put to the test, these guys came up big. Thanks to all involved and yes, use these guys!

Don't think about it....Apple worthless for Ipad repair....broke the charging port....IRESQ fixed it in 5 days, $150, 1/2 the price of the other quotes...very professional

Amazing. Fast, great price and perfect quality. My crushed ipad is like new including the bent aluminum, not just the cruahed glass and lcd. Best price around. Highly recommend them!
