Horrible experience, I’ve been to several bin stores during the holiday season and this was the worst one by far.. damaged items throughout bins, adult items in bins while kids were present… the bins look like garbage cans filled with trash, just my opinion but I won’t be returning.

Let’s just say, they don’t have a customer service team that you can contact by phone, the reason is they don’t have to follow any set company guidelines or regulations, they don’t have any, so every Auction location makes up their own rules, I have sent multiple requests to get them to list what their policies are for the definition on what:
New with tags
Open
No box
Slightly used
Used
“Damaged”
If you read the inspection information at the end of each auction, The interpretation changes per employee.
Refunds get screwed up, and no return Communication, so I reach out through their contact link, and again no reply.
I thought I might have to get a lawyer to help me get answers to my issues and their policies.
So did Retail Rebel sale out to BuggyBusters in GA, or did Retail Rebel purchase a BuggyBusters.
So let’s see what will happen now!!!
Let’s see if the CEO Nathan Wright, or COO Jared Martin, or CFO Jordan Diab, will have someone or anyone above a lonely customer service representative get in contact with me.
I’m not going to hold my breath…
So it’s up to you if you want to do business with them. 11-25-24 @ 11:39pm

Employees are very rude. I went on a Wednesday and the Employees wanted to just talk while people were standing in line. When I let them know there was a line, they srugged their shoulders and kept talking. I stepped out of line and put my stuff back in the bin to walk out one of the girls looked at me and said oh well, good bye. what has this world come to? Costumer service is bad and managers that don't care!

The move to change the warehouse section of this store to an online auction is a massive bummer. I used to visit this store a couple times a month, and now I won’t ever be back. Completely terrible business decision.

Will never return to retail rebel since they implemented this auction BS. All auctions start off at $10, and many items are cheaper than $10. The retail side I was liking but since this is gone, so am I. But I found out I am not the only one. There is a whole group that has stopped going. I'm starting to go to the amazon overstock.
I watched people open up packages and boxes and dump them in bins. On a Saturday when each item is 10 dollars per item. This places has no rules for putting items back in boxes after opening and the customers have no respect for other shoppers. Crap place crap rules. Retail rebel need to hold the customers responsible and the customer needs to find some respect and manners.

I don't know who's idea was it to get rid of the store but they no longer have it at this location. Not worth the drive anymore.

Retail Rebel: A Shadow of Its Former Self
Retail Rebel in Kansas City has undergone a significant transformation, leaving bargain hunters disappointed. Once a treasure trove of hidden gems, the store has morphed into a less enticing shopping experience.
The digging side, once filled with promising potential, now offers a curated selection lacking the thrill of the hunt. Valuable items are conspicuously absent, having been diverted to the retail side. Unfortunately, this side has also deteriorated. The once impressive electronics section has been drastically reduced, with higher-end products being sold elsewhere.
While the retail side still offers some appealing items, buyers should proceed with caution. Prices are steep, often reaching 60% of Amazon’s retail value, and items are sold "as is" without warranties. This gamble can pay off, but it's equally likely to result in disappointment.
In short, Retail Rebel has lost its luster. The excitement of the hunt and the potential for great deals have faded, replaced by higher prices and limited selection.

Good evening. Please tell me why when you ask the manager to help you sort things out, they don't call him. The cashier hides her name. And what does it mean if she didn't like me - she decided to cancel my purchase and throw me out of the store! I didn't call her names or yell at her! What a mess they came to work or to a kindergarten!

Such a SCAM! We bought a monitor for $200 and when we opened it at home someone had swapped it with a cheaper monitor! They refused to refund us!
Our most recent visit they tried to scam us again, by saying we had to pay individually for these plastic vacuum sealed bags that were prepackaged as a set together. Watch out for them trying to force you to pay for items that LITERALLY CAME TOGETHER individually. Just another way for Retail Rebel to scam you along with selling expired and rancid food.

Not the store it used to be. Don't shop on the left side at all it's all broken products. Be careful of knives and glass it's in most bins. Be prepared to be hassled about every item and thinking something is one item but they want to charge you for every piece of it. Such a disappointment this store was better when it was 'the 5 dollar store'

This place used to be amazing! I can't say that anymore. The nice deals you used to find are no longer in the bins and daily bin prices have nearly tripled in the last 5 years. If you bring up a set of items that CLEARLY belong together in a set (in our case, snug in the molding... I'll add a photo of said molding), they will not honor them as a set. Why? Because it doesn't have the box stating it's a set. You know, the boxes the employees walk around throwing away so you can't put items back in their perspective boxes. Ridiculous all around....

My family was in Olathe Friday was closed to 3 hours digging in there crates and I found a madilion coin went to check out and the she said that she was a manager and she took the coin from me and said that I couldn’t have it after buying several other times I been in there and bought them straight out and bought them with no problems I said that I was wanting to see it in a rule book she said we just started it and that they are not supposed to let people to have coins or collections things anymore. The place is supposed be one of the places of retail rebal the name of the game is you go in there to dug to find items that been returned items half of them is junk and they couldn’t provide me any rule book or paper to show me that it is truly a rule and I believe that she just took it and put it in her packet she was a short girl with red hair and big on top
