Everyone there was incredibly helpful and kind. I've had good and bad experiences with Jiffy Lube, and this was by far the best experience I've had. Very thorough. Definitely using this location exclusively.

Wait and service time was tremendously long. I know you have to train new employees but the 135st Location in Olathe has really gone downhill since Duane and John left.

The staff at this location is phenomenal. They kept me informed on the health of my car which is information I don't get at other locations. What made this visit so great was that they were just kind! They didn't rush to get me in and out and took their time servicing my car. I would recommend this location to everyone! This location is out of the way for me and there are closer JL in my area but I would make the drive again for this fantastic service. Thank you to the staff who made this experience so wonderful!

The employees always go above and beyond at this location. My windshield washer fluid was not spraying, and a simple fix with air cleared a blockage. They are the best!!
