I was there last Wednesday to have my info removed from their system, and the person Stephanie Smith was to take care of this but never heard back from her and we used to be friends, I would not recommend Keller Williams or Stephanie Smith to anyone.

I would like to share my thoughts and gratitude. I recently lost my brother unexpectedly. I had to fly from California to Olathe to manage his property. I had the privilege of being introduced to Wayne Janner to assist me in the sale of my brothers home. I can’t express enough of easy the process was and how Wayne put my fears to rest. He is and was so professional and knowledgeable. He treated me like I was a longtime friend. His assistant Greta is awesome lady. I was so fortunate to have met them and feel I have lifetime friendships. They are a GREAT TEAM. THANK YOU BOTH for your hard work.LORRY WOODY. I will never forget you.

My wife and I had a horrible experience working with them. We were a lot more proactive in locating homes than the realtor and were left for days at a time before hearing a response. We were running out of time so we talked to our realtor about finding a place to rent. He agreed so we did, it was a year lease so we wouldn’t need his services. We decided to cancel our agreement and then were answered with a baffling wave of unprofessionalism and complaints. They tried to make us pay for the gas and MLS licensing. Ridiculous. Would never recommend to anyone.

So I am actually an electrical contractor. I went to provide an estimate on installing a central HVAC system in a house that Caleb Oster is getting ready to put on the market. I just wanted to jump on here and say that in the short time I worked with him, I feel he would be a great resource when it comes to buying or selling a home. I am also currently in the market to buy a house so I'm familiar with the process. I took the opportunity to pick his brain a little bit and he was super helpful! He's very personable, honest, and definitely knows his way around realty.

We had a horrible experience with this company. Robert zolier changed our contract without permission. Would answer when we reached out to him with questions. After we canceled our contract another agent from Keller Williams contacts our elderly mom in another state that has never even lived in Kansas and has nothing to do with the property to high pressure sell her into listing a property she has nothing to do with. Very u professional conpany

Can only say good things about our agent Jessica Vohs , she was so helpful , patient and professional. She went above and beyond on helping us with the purchase of our first home , she answered all our questions and calls even on weekends, she worked around our schedule and together, with Dawn Coleman, made our process less stressful . We are so grateful .

Can't recommend this team. Agent consistently bungled communications and was constantly freaking out. Team leader took over and when the seller of the house we were buying caused significant water damage 3 days before we were to close, he wouldn't work with our agent and hung up on him instead of continuing a respectful negotiation. Pretty unprofessional. We felt lucky to still close the deal.
