1st time to this location-utilized the Amazon return service before shopping. As w/most kohl's, even sale prices are a bit high, but it's worth it to shop in a clean, unobtrusive environment.

Do not shop here for Christmas for you loved ones!! Kohl’s will sale price everything and if it’s not the right size your loved ones have to PAY THE DIFFERENCE?!? Wow never shop here it’s better to shop with the actual brand and save money and be able to return or swap.

Kohl’s has changed again, and for the better. Much improved checkout with one winding line, and with a self check-out option. Employee watching the line to direct and help is great for customer service. The store is better stocked, organized, and clean. Still hoping that corporate Kohl’s will hire clothing buyers with an eye on better fashion, and negotiate for brands it lost to other retailers.. Big name standards are ok; otherwise still kitschy or out-dated. Plenty of great staples and Sephora will bring me back.

The clearly under staff becsuse multiple kinds of items were mixed up on the shelving. Like the tag had short sleeves and the section was long sleeves.
Checkout I had a coupon from txt message and they wouldn’t get it to work. I had to have them get a manager involved.
I also was confused about the total and they stood their grumpily refusing to help me figure it out,
