These guys are great! They have wrapped three of our trucks now. The vinyl looks great. I wanted to mention our most recent experience in particular. We are in Texas, so Lettersmith KC normally ships us the vinyl, but they hire a local installer in our area to do the install. Our first two trucks went fantastic. This last one was subbed out to someone by their normal installer in our area. The install job was not good. I sent pictures to the company and they personally drove from Kansas to Texas to remove the entire wrap and install a new one. It looks fantastic now! I really appreciate them going WAY out of their way to make this right. That says a lot about their integrity and that they care about their customers. As a small business owner myself I realize that mistakes happen. This is especially true when dealing with subcontractors. They stand by their work and that is what matters. I really appreciate Lettersmith KC taking care of us and look forward to having more wraps done by them in the future!
