Well, unfortunately, that was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had a nail salon. (I was absolutely FOOLED by the great reviews. I’m writing this in hopes to make sure someone doesn’t go through what I went through.) This older lady took an hour and 40 minutes to do a pedicure that was more painful than getting a tattoo. She burnt my skin multiple times trying to remove old gel. Don’t get me started with the cuticle clippers that was an entirely painful experience in itself. My nails turned out like crap, will never be going back. I tried really hard to give her the benefit of the doubt but highly recommend not being her guinea pig! oh, and once she got the final top coat on, I was absolutely astounded when she brought out a nail file and cuticle cutters again! It’s like she couldn’t lineup the polish properly enough so she had to file it away and don’t get me started on how painful that was. I’m walking away with my feet absolutely stinging and no part of that was relaxing whatsoever.
I just can’t believe how several employees were sitting around on their phones, knowing that she was struggling. And one guy had the nerve to come sit right next to us in a pedicure chair when there were eight other others open further away from us and he sat there with his phone on speaker the entire time watching a show!!!
This place is ridiculous and absolutely inconsiderate of their clients and if you have someone who doesn’t know how to give a proper pedicure, they shouldn’t be working there. Not to mention the filth of the place itself, the sign from the outside should be telling on how horrible place this is. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting!!
Trust me, I saw one bad review and thousands of great ones but maybe I just got the wrong person , who knows, either way I would not recommend going to this place for fear of you ending up with the same woman I did. Unless you want cut up feet.

My first time using this salon and it was an amazing experience. From the service to the atmosphere and quality work. Jennifer did my nails and she not only did an amazing job but was very easy to talk to and just had a great attitude.
