Horrible service in flooring. I needed tile from top shelf. Per Thomas, the salesperson in flooring..there was no one who could run a lift to get it down. He took my number and said they would call me later in the day when it was ready....never did. I called next AM and talked to Thomas again who said they were really busy and didn't have time to get it down with a lift. He recommended 'maybe you need to try another Lowes store' . (The other stores did not have the quantity needed!!) Finally by going to the store and working through a store manager, we got it. My recommendation...don't even attempt to go to flooring dept at this location!

It seems they have the best prices on perennials but trees are very expensive

I was picking up an order I placed, which I later found out was locker pickup (first time doing one of those). I accidentally walked past it and went to the pickup counter and a nice gentleman helped guide me and made sure I was set before he went back to the counter. I don't remember his name but he was very kind about the situation. All I know is he had arm tattoos and again very helpful and kind! I got all my items fast and easy as well so I didn't have to wander aimlessly haha.

Wow! Used to go here and have come here 3 times in the last month and every single time it took more than an hour, for a small pickup, simple return etc. No one seemed to know up from down. Phones ringing off hook. No communication about being delayed and not having the product I needed (that it said they had 700 of online), just leaving us to wait over an hour. Can't believe how dysfunctional this store is on every level. Press RESET please. Needs leadership and help ASAP. Nice folks but nothing works.

I will think twice before buying an appliance from Lowes again. I bought a new Samsung oven, Samsung dishwasher, and Samsung refrigerator. The first dishwasher broke after the first year and after much delay, they gave me a new one. This new dishwasher hasn't worked in 2 1/2 months. I opened a warrantee claim when it first quit working. The first company they sent closed out the claim before it was fixed. I called the warrantee department again and they scheduled another appointment with another company. Nobody came or called on the appointment date so I called the warrantee department again. They told me that I should've called the repair services to coordinate even though they were the ones who set the appointment. Unsatisfied with this answer, I asked to speak to a supervisor. After being on hold for over 15 min I spoke to a "supervisor" who kept putting me on hold for 10-15 min to pull up my information. She did this a few times and at the end did nothing but report to the escalation team. I felt like I was punished for asking for a supervisor. The total call time for the last warrantee call 1 hr 5 min. **A few weeks later and my dishwasher still doesn't work. Called Lowes for service and they said someone would be contacting me within 24 hours. 3 days and 3 calls to the service provider later without a call back and nothing. I called Lowes again to file a complaint. I asked to speak to a supervisor and got Dillon. Dillon said that he canceled the service provider and he was doing a "buy out". I didn't approve but he said it's too late. He's told me they were going to give me my money back minus the warrantee and delivery cost. I objected again and asked to escalate above him. He said he'd inform his supervisor. I asked for a phone call from them and Dillon blew me off. This is just the worst! In the last 3 years, I've given Lowes over $10K in business. I liked Lowes because I'm a veteran and enjoy the veteran's discount but this is next level disrespect! **And now my Samsung refrigerator is broken. Called the warrantee place. Was emailed shortly after telling me that they couldn't find someone to repair it and that I had to find someone myself.

Got a new washer and dryer from this Lowe's. Dryer was installed great, but when they came to put in the washer the crew refused to remove the old washer from the pedestal and put the new washer on the pedestal - even after we explained we PAID for this service and the crew that put in the dryer had no problem doing this for us. Effectively, they stole our washer pedestal. So now I've got to go there and track down the delivery manager - good luck if you call them, they never answer.
