UPDATE: I contacted the number below given by the owner with the expectation that possibly, this was a one off situation. Explained my experience and 5 days later I still have not heard from any management. Apparently, customer service is poor all the way up the ladder in this store.
First time I've ever ordered from Lowes and it will be the last! Placed an order online at 6am to have 5 sheets of siding and a stain/sealer delivered. Had to call them at 2pm and ask when it would be delivered and was told "Somebody should have called you, we only have 1 sheet so you can have that or cancel your order." WOW!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Waste of my time that won't happen again!

We have had the WORST experience with Lowe's. We ordered a new dishwasher for install on 2/19/2025. The dishwasher was installed and while the cycle was running, and the installers had already left the dishwasher started pouring out water out of the front of the machine. The installer came back on Friday to take a look and said it had to be one of the hoses in-between the front panel that was loose or not connected and it would need to be replaced. We submitted a claim for a replacement one and after several days never heard back. I called and was told that they were trying out a "pilot" program where the dishwasher ordered online came from a warehouse. I would need to physically remove the dishwasher on my own and return it to the store in order to be reimbursed OR purchase ANOTHER one out of my own pocket and would be reimbursed when Lowes received my defective dishwasher to the warehouse. This seemed wrong, but I felt like it was my only option so purchased another one. The installer, CRST called and let me know that they would be coming to install the new dishwasher on 3/3 so now 12 days without a dishwasher. They also told me that they show 2 dishwashers on the books so I could cancel the one that I was told to purchase otherwise I'd be receiving 2. I canceled the one I purchased and was scheduled to have the replacement one installed on 3/2. The installers texted the night before giving me a window of the install, so I took off work to be home for it. I received a call the morning of 3/2 @ 10:45 letting me know that they went to pick up the dishwasher and it was canceled by Lowes. I call to see what's going on. They cannot tell me why it was canceled but submitted another work order letting me know the install would be 3/5. Come 3/5 and never heard from the installers, dishwasher never delivered or installed. So we ARE STILL without a working dishwasher that we paid good money for!

Visited the Lowe's in Olathe to buy an upright VACUUM CLEANER (Bissell brand). I found the vacuum department but it was unmanned and all the Bissell 's were LOCKED UP in a cage. The appliance sales girl was not aware of the combination or did not have a key. She contacted a worker from an adjacent department but he did not know either. They both used their phones to ask a manager but no one answered. I was visiting during my LUNCH HOUR and had run out of time. I left empty handed. Mission NOT ACCOMPLISHED.

Associates just standing around. Not one person acknowledged me. Went back next night same situation, this time I approached them. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to help me. I’d rather drive 20 minutes away to Home Depot where I know I can get help from an associate then go back to Lowe’s.

We purchased a refrigerator on 11-15 to be delivered on 11-17. The driver drove past the house twice and never stopped. Dispatch called and had no explanation. So rather than delivering the next day we were told after 3.00 pm deliveries go out 48 hours later so we refilled our 3 coolers with ice to keep our food from failed refrigerator from going bad. 2 days later they did show up with a damaged fridge so we had to decline that one. I realize things happen that are out of there control but what really got me was now we have to wait another 48 hours for the next delivery. We than went to there competitor and got one next day. Here is the kicker, i cancelled my order on 11-20 and as of 12-10 i have yet to be refunded for-the fridge. I am told “glitch in the system” or “i have never seen this happen” i call headquarters and they refer me to there delivery company that i guess when you buy appliances your actually buying from them! Than they send me back to headquarters.My case has been passed from dept to dept and no one will do a dang thing except blame someone else. The case has been “escalated “ 3 times or so i am told with promises of a call back…… never happened not once. I was told i needed to call the accounting team in Charlotte so i tried, problem is no one will transfer me to them, they dont take calls. This is absolutely the worst customer service i have ever experienced! I just want my money back for a product that was never delivered. Lowes knows they owe me a full refund but according to them no one knows how to do it! I wont say that anyones been rude its just no one will get it done. I manage a small business and things happen where decisions are made on the fly as needed. So tomorrow ill call again i guess.

Do NOT use Lowes installation services. Was sold two doors and their installation in July of this year. The salesman said they would be installed within a week or two. Finally, the third party installer reached out and scheduled the doors to be installed in September. He first installed the back door, then tore up the framing and wood around the front door before saying the door wouldnt fit. He left and left the new door in my living room. Lowes support never reached out to schedule anything else. I had to constantly hound them to reschedule and eventually did in November. The installer never showed. I tried again and it got pushed back. Eventually I told them I dont want it installed and to come pick up the door and refund me. They got the door after a few days, never communicated anything about a refund. I had to show up at the Olathe lowes location multiple times to work out the refund. Not once did they proactively reach out regarding any of this. The installer finally came and "repaired" what he had damaged after I called multiple times. (Surprise surpise, it looks like crap). My front door now barely closes completely and lets tons of air in because this installer from Summit Installations did a incredibly poor job "Fixing" what he had torn up. I cannot emphasize enough how poor of service i received from day one. I strongly advise against anyone going with this lowes service for any installation project. 6 months after purchasing two doors and installation I have one installed (poorly) and one torn up framing around the door that never got replaced. I will also emphasize that not once during this entire process did anyone proactively mention a discount, a comp, a refund, or anything. As I'm writing this I am STILL trying to process a refund for the work not completed. Attached are some pics of the installers "fixing" of the door frame and surrounding areas he destroyed to find out the new door "couldnt fit."
Lowes responded to this with a templated response and a# to their automated general support line. Another example of their tremendous service. They do in fact have my contact info.

Today at 3:00 pm or there abouts I needed some Lumber cut and the Young Man who just did multiple cuts for a Customer told me they didn't or couldn't do multiple cuts. I needed osb ripped 4 cuts. Poor service since I just watched him do 2 cuts for an older couple! Will stop by HD and See if I can get the boards cut on my way home.

I rarely write reviews, but here I am one month later with poor follow up from this store management team. I'm done with Lowes after two decades of shopping with them; I'm taking my business elsewhere. Please, someone help me with my service repair request. When you say you're going to do something do it. There's no excuse for not touching base.
