Horrible service in flooring. I needed tile from top shelf. Per Thomas, the salesperson in flooring..there was no one who could run a lift to get it down. He took my number and said they would call me later in the day when it was ready....never did. I called next AM and talked to Thomas again who said they were really busy and didn't have time to get it down with a lift. He recommended 'maybe you need to try another Lowes store' . (The other stores did not have the quantity needed!!) Finally by going to the store and working through a store manager, we got it. My recommendation...don't even attempt to go to flooring dept at this location!

I’m done with Lowe’s. This company has no customer service what so ever. I waited for 5 hours for a toolbox to be delivered, it never came. Then they called me and said that they sold the item in store and didn’t have one to deliver it. So my time was wasted. They reschedule a date without me consenting to it because I was out of town then. We had to make numerous calls to try and get that date changed. When it finally does get delivered it’s damaged!!!! So the nightmare continues!! We called and called and called, finally got ahold of someone. They rescheduled for today the 12-28-2023 between 8-12. Well it’s 1:05pm and no call no show!!! Like I said I’m done spending my money with Lowe’s! I refuse to spend my money with a company that wastes the customer’s time. Here’s photos of the damage.

THE worst customer service experience I’ve ever had (and that’s a pretty high, or rather low, bar.) We purchased a dishwasher during the Labor Day sale. Despite being told it would be installed within 2 weeks, and multiple unproductive phone calls to, and visits back to the store to figure out when it was coming, the dishwasher was installed more than 6 weeks later. And that’s not even the worst part. The installation company wouldn’t talk to the service center, which wouldn’t talk to the store. No one took responsibility or accountability for fixing whatever issue there was. When the dishwasher was supposedly finally in stock, and the installer showed up to the store to pick up the dishwasher, the dishwasher wasn’t there. We visited the store once again, and after a half hour, the assistant manager told us that when I’d paid, the order taker put the order in wrong, and there were 3 dishwashers under our name. So, finally (rescheduled) installation day comes, and the installer tells us that Lowe’s sold me the wrong hose. He provided the correct one. When my husband returned the hose, the assistant manager blamed the installation company (which really had no reason to lie). He said he’d give us a 15% refund for the dishwasher plus the cost of the hose and promised to call the next day. Not surprisingly,, he never called back. When we went back to the store (trip 5), the assistant manager accused us of “misunderstanding” and gave us a 10% credit, telling my husband that this offer would be off the table if he didn’t leave. So we left Lowe’s … permanently. Lowe’s has lost a customer. I understand that mistakes happen. But when given multiple opportunities to make it right, Lowe’s made it even worse. We’ll be going to local hardware stores or the orange store from now on.

This store has been a Godsend!! Sheldon is one salesman everyone should have in sales!! There is a Home Depot we have to pass to get to Lowes, I just wave and head to Lowes, where I will be appreciated as a customer and I will get help by employees who care. ❤'s to Sheldon!!

Dont buy your appliances here! They use an install company called Crst solutions. They broke the microwave, made two large screw holes in my cabinet. Microwave wants to fall. They said someone from lowes would call to fix it. Two days later they claim the install was was fine! Now Lowes is wiping their hands of it and making us deal with CRST ourselves and they're denying anything's wrong!Dec 1-Update: Guy was coming to look and verify it was broke, never showed up. Now we are told he didnt need to and our new microwave has been odered, they have 5 in stock at the store---but we can seem to get one! Called lowes multiple times, multiple people. We still do not have out microwave fixed. We are just getting the run around.

Be careful using your Lowe's card on large sale items. Discovered too late today that the 5% discount is not necessarily applied to large sale items. I could have used a different card and gotten the same price plus my reward points from a different card. Disappointed in myself for not checking the ticket before leaving the store.

I love Lowe's. There's always somebody to help you. Lowe's had great products and a better shopping experience than similar hardware stores. ;)On a recent visit to this store I was running behind and I needed a specific lawn product. There were two people standing at the register and thankfully one of them was Michael. I asked where to find a lawn product and he pointed me in the right direction. When I didn't find it, I came back and asked the woman standing there for help. She said something to the effect of,"oh sometimes we don't have what's on the website". It was listed as 'in stock ' on the website, so I was confused. She looked at me and shrugged. Michael was nice enough to come from behind the counter and look at my phone, get the item number and figure out that it was a product only carried at a different Lowe's. He could not have been more helpful.This is a nomination for Michael of the customer service desk for Employee of the Month. He couldn't be sweeter, we need more employees like him!

Item for pickup said was filled but item purchased was not the item i requested. They apparently was out and gave me next best thing. Well did not work for me fue ti manufacturer's warranty. Just notifying me you didn't have what I purchased would have been better and I could have picked it up elsewhere. Just wasted 30 mins of my time which is the whole point of online pickup. This Is what's going in the workforce now. People just don't care to have common courtesy. I will not return. Smh
