DO NOT COME HERE FOR DIP NAILS. I am so sad as I am writing this. I took a chance on this salon and was VERY DISAPPOINTED. I have NEVER had dip nails that didn’t last long. It was under a week when they started lifting, cracking and one fell right off!!! It was not the shape I wanted to begin with either. I really wanted to love this salon but will not be returning.

Did an excellent job with my full set and got me right in with no appointment. I also brought my niece for her full set and they were wonder with her even though she was very shy. We both now go back regularly.

I have been going to Luxury Nails for over 20 years. Khone and Annie (the owner) are the best. I would never go anywhere else. One time I tried going to Bella Nails (because I couldn’t get an appt at Luxury Nails before an event) and I learned my lesson - never go anywhere else but Luxury Nails.Services: Manicure

Sign says walk ins but when I went inside and requested a pedicure they turned me out. It's fine if you don't accept walk-ins but maybe change your signs!

Overcharged for my bridal nails which were not even close to the photos I showed and I was there for 3 1/2 hours because of having to get them redone because of inexperienced staff. I even booked over a week in advance and sent photos.

Just left. First she made me wait until she went to get a coffee from the grocery. Then when I returned she spent 20 minutes fixing one of her regular customers for free. Then she got to me and told me I should complain about my feet because they're in "bad shape." Then someone else came in and she rushed to get me out the door. She put me under the dryer and said "pay now." I gave her my card and she ran it and a minute later I hadn't signed it yet. She told me to sign the receipt. I was going to tip her... I tried to be friendly but she wanted none of it. Guess you have to be one of their regulars to get the friendly treatment.
