Awesome store! Very pleasant atmosphere and friendly vibes. Paul and Hank are very knowledgeable with the products they carry and were able to answer all my questions with ease. You can tell they put a lot of care and effort into each one of their customers to make sure they get the best mattress and accessories for their needs. Their prices are very competitive if not the cheapest around the KC area! Highly recommend this local, veteran and family owned business. I won't shop anywhere else!

Went out for a day of mattress shopping and this ended up being our first and final stop! Friendly and patient staff, very welcoming! We were greeted by Paul who was extremely helpful when it came to deciding. We went with a Memory Foam Adjustable Bed. Delivery was QUICK! 2 and a half hours later it was here! Guys that came to assemble the bed were hilarious and gave us good tips! Highly recommend this family owned store!!!

Great experience buying a queen mattress! They made it easy to buy letting me know which options were best based on our current mattress. Pricing was very comparable to the competition and the President’s Day sale made it even better. The guys who delivered were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend KC Mattress City!

KC Mattress City is head and shoulders above any other store in terms of customer service, care and knowledge. The level of service that Hank and his team provide is not only the best in the mattress business, but I’d say in all business. I have nothing but great things to say and would send anyone and everyone to them for mattresses and bedding. I will forever purchase from this store.

Very happy with the overall experience of shopping at Mattress City. Felt very welcomed when I entered the store. All my questions were answered and very helpful associates helped me choose the perfect mattress. I really liked the fact that there was same day delivery. ONE STOP SHOP FOR MATTRESSES!Hank and the team at KC Mattress City are top tier! For 20+ years I have alway slept on a hand-me-down mattress and decided it was time for a change! From the first step in their door, to the handshake after they delivered it, I was blown away! Paul in sales was very helpful in educating us about the type mattresses they had and helped us figure out exactly what we needed. The prices are very affordable. The delivery guys were so patient and waited over 30 minutes because a key was missing. Definitely recommend!!

BUY LOCAL! This family owned, local business was respectful and easy to buy from. They don't try to oversell products and genuinely care about your satisfaction. I purchased a southerland king mattress and adjustable frame from KC mattress. KC Mattress City participates in the giveback2schools app that a portion of their sales goes back to your local school. Don't go to NFM, go see Pascal Mascaux at KC Mattress.
