Terrible. Near appalling. Proceeds to tell my dad the used phone he just literally bought, is supposedly "flagged" (Yet she didn't type very much on computer...) We left thinking my dad is out 175 bucks.... We talk on ride back to Missouri side.
We both thought she sure didn't try very hard.. Didn't even look like they were open we got there. Open Sign off. We called before we came in no answer. Cause my dad had the just done the transaction there. Just outside the building. (like previously mentioned barely looked open..) We walked in. She's finally just now coming from the back...
My father and I decided to try a different Metro Pcs. One that knows what they're doing. We decide will take it to Metro Pcs Liberty. Previously great experience there. If they say it's no go or bad news, will take it as a loss and turn it in.
Well to sums things up. PHONE WAS PERFECTLY GOOD! All checked out!

The manager is Garbage to store, they don't give a solution, they ignore it, when you buy it, they tend well, I bought a cell phone, 3 months ago now it doesn't work, it's a NokiaX100, they tell me and they have no guarantee, no solution, it's three months of good personal service capable

Always knowledgeable staffing.
Clean facility w front door parking and great outdoor lighting.

Avoid this place !! I would give 0 stars if that was possible. Staff not helpful and not professional at all. They are very rude and look like they hate their job. Very rude and not willing to help. Had a first short experience with metro and it will definitely be the last.

Had an absolutely amazing experience upgrading my phone! Vanessa was perfect! She answered all my silly questions and made sure I was up and running AND satisfied before I left. And I did not feel judges for the condition of my previous phone. Will be coming to this one whenever I need ANYTHING! Thank you!

If I could give zero Stars or negative that's what it would be worst customer service I've ever had by a supervisor and manager! One place is telling me they can't do it and I have to go to the store and then the stores telling me they can't do it and I have to call 611! the most ridiculous experience I've ever had I would not recommend them whatsoever!!! Straight garbage!!

Sold boyfriend a refurbished phone having trouble with battery life draing fast.Also he purchased a screen protector that was not placed on his on phone or in his bag.I told him that girl probably took it for her own phone since she recommended the same phone she had which was the revvl pro. I tried to use the program you guys have where you pay $60 the first month then $30 after the first billing. I had everything she needed.She told me it wasn't going through she tried several times.I sent an email out to the company about why my information wasn't processing.I received an email back saying the information was being typed in wrong by the wireless provider in the wrong section.

Very bad .....dint deserve a star honestly they have bad services and dont care for costumers ...no favours for they own costumers but instead ready just to charge fir simlpe service .....dont recomend it
