Had a pedicure today. It took awhile because they were very busy but I wasn’t in a hurry. The pedicure was excellent. They took their time, did a great job and were very friendly. I loved the hot towels and leg massage.

I love my nails, I also like Sophia even though she doesn't talk much. But she still interacts with me, she mixed colors for me when I couldn't choose the right color for my wedding. Next time I still want to appointment her, love Sophia

Came in for the first time with a friend who highly recommends this place. Clearly, consistency is a huge issue. Genuinely the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. He rushed through it. My nails were cut uneven and past the quick in the middle. So, it was difficult to fix once I got home. There was not a calf or foot massage, he just slabbed the scrub on and rinsed it off, not even a hot towel. The scrub and lotion were low quality. For $50 including an 18% tip, I expect my feet to look and feel better than when I walk in. He did a good job with the oil and buff though. ☹️

I walked in for a pedicure and they had time for me right away, everyone was friendly. Everything seemed clean and sanitary. They use bags for the pedicure bowl water and opened a new bag of sterile supplies. I am short so sometimes the pedicure chairs are too big for me, but their chairs adjust to your height. Great relaxing experience! Good massage was included with the sugar scrub pedicure I got.

I absolutely love this place they make me feel so comfortable and relaxed! everyone is so nice and they take their time! charlie is amazing he’s been doing my nail for the past month and a half and I couldn’t be more satisfied I always leave happy!

Oh my goodness, this place does wonders! They were able to fix a mistake another nail salon did, was able to put time and energy in! Thank you so much! It was a blessing to work with them! Such wonderful staff! 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Was a bit skeptical trying a new a shop, but when I mean Charlie is very professional and did an AMAZING job doing my nails and fixing a problem I had there previously when my nails had chipped by a different nail tech. He offered to re-do the whole set and I can’t be thankful enough for him… he does such a good job and communicates VERY WELL when trying to execute a difficult set… I think I found my new nail tech❤️

Absolutely LOVE the Nail Perfection staff!🩷 I have been going to them for a little over 5 months and have had most of the staff do my nails atleast once. Everytime I leave I am super satisfied with the quality! I do a lot of work with my hands on the daily and the nails always stay on; I have never had a broken nail, a nail lift, nothing. I am always welcomed with open arms and a good quality service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a good set done on their hands. You can choose to schedule with a specific person but everyone in the nail shop has their own unique style with their application that has a lasting effect. Staff is very good about getting you in and out in a timely manner. I have never sat for more than 2 hours which is so nice. Definitely come here when trying out different nail salons in the area.❤️

I have had many great experiences here but I’ll be in search of a new salon with consistent and quality service at an affordable price.
I asked for a mani pedi almost 2 hrs before close, stating I needed a full new set in case they wanted to soak my hands while working on my toes. They had chosen not to and then the girl rushed my hands. Didn’t know how to do the design I asked for and didn’t ask her peers for help like the others do. I’ve been here maybe 10 times and never had the girl who did my nails. She didn’t really shape my nails. Kept trying different techniques and it wasn’t working. I spoke up and said forget the design, this isn’t what I asked for, please just cover it up with a solid color.
So I got my nails done sloppily, not even remotely what I asked for, and was still charged more than I had ever been charged before. My previous salon would charge $60-70 for a dip with design. This one usually charges $80. My pedi was supposed to be 48. I paid 161 yesterday. $113 for a 2 hour manicure I settled for? This is INSANE.
The two stars are for the staff that have been incredibly wonderful and communicative. Usually they are, but this day or these new employees are not helpful. Very disappointing.

They are VERY high. The place i normally go for a set in Lee's Summit charges $40-50 depending on how extravagant..... this was $75.... I was not impressed. More than one of my nails still had the hard nail chunk under my nail....

The guy has an attitude he is rushing me even though I have been here forever and wanting me to pick a color I don't want he is yelling at me and getting into an argument with me his customer service is whack he is even telling the other nail artists not to do my nails it's just a waste. Of my time Lord why can't people be nice it's like you don't have a right to decide what color youwant.
