Went in for a stylus and they were very helpful. Also got some tape because Christmas wrapping is coming! 🎄Tom at the front was awesome + friendly and pointed out something on clearance I jumped at!

I was looking for 2025 desk calendars. No employees around to ask for help. After walking around for 10 minutes I called a friend that knows the store and was able to locate them quickly. The cashier was not friendly and did not acknowledge me. I had to ask for a bag for the small items. I won't be back for office supplies when Walmart sells the same items cheaper.

Jojo and his manager are the best, kindest, and most patient dudes I've ever been the customer to. They are better at customer service than me, for sure. I didn't deserve such above and beyond treatment (product advice, wrestling a box into my ridiculously messy compact car, etc.) Thank you dudes! Sorry for being the needy, needy customer.

My friend and I went to buy gift cards, but they kept coming up with various excuses not to sell them to us. The bearded male employee, in particular, was extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful, treating us as if we owed them money. With employees like that, it's no wonder Office Depot is going out of business.

My one star is not against the store - it is the fact that I purchased a case of Hammermill Copy Plus paper from them - I have never had such issues with paper in my life - it feeds 2 - 3 sheets at a time and it becomes very aggravating - if someone is thinking of buying this paper - go the other direction

The best experience thanks to Reilly. She helped us and gave us detailed information about the project we wanted to complete and we explained we don't have the tools or know how. She was attentive and eager to help us. She put the whole print birthday photo posterboard and Tri fold pictures projects together for us while we waited!
She beat her estimated price by $15+. she was pleasant and reassuringly good at her job.Thank you Reilly for all your expert customer service.

My wife has come and got prints done twice and both times the image is cut off or crooked, it's unacceptable and they seem to think it's fine, when asked for a refund I am told I have to wait for the manager who is not there.
This is not the place to get prints, we have spent $98 and still have not gotten anything taken care of.
I highly recommend finding a Profesional for the job.

The young girl at the customer service desk took her time to even say anything to us and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. Extremely careless about her job and blasting her music. Terrible attitude. This is a job where you are helping the public. Such a bad experience the employee is rude and lazy.
