They are a bunch of nice guys and get the job done quickly but they haven't shown me that they provide the attention to detail I expect.
They replaced my driver's side hinges and left the door on crooked. They were good about fixing their mistake but that was another trip to them and time without a vehicle.
They replaced my passenger window motor but then put the door panel on wrong - not hooking it over the lip but just screwing it in so that it stuck out an extra inch. They were good about fixing their mistake but that was another trip and even more time without a vehicle.
Then I noticed that the door didn't shut right afterwards because the hinges were not new but old and worn. Why used old and worn? Because they couldn't find new charged $550 for used. (The top hinge really is a hard to find piece. The bottom is on Amazon as a new OEM item for $120.)
I'm certain that they'd be willing to make it right, with yet another trip and time without a vehicle but this is too much...
Like I said, they seem to be decent folks and I think they are honest, but my experience with them shows that they have a very big problem with attention to detail. I won't recommend them or bring my car back. The fixes were taken care of under warranty, but I'll buy the hinges out of my own pocket and install them myself to avoid any new mistakes they might make.

The team at the Black Bob location wonderful work. From ease of scheduling, to communication during the repairs, and even offering after hours lock box pick up - it’s a painless experience. Work is done at a fair price and more importantly - done well. The guarantee behind their repairs really sets them apart. If you are looking for a trusted mechanic in Olathe (or near their other two locations) - I can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Took my truck to have the rear brakes replaced. They had the truck for 5 and a half days then claimed it was done. Brakes started partially locking up so I took it back. They called later that day and claimed everything was ok. Now the brakes are partially locking up again. They used to do good work. Don't know what changed however, I will not recommend them anymore nor will I have them work on my vehicle again. I'd give no stars if I could
