I would not recommended this dealer to the minorities. They have taken advantage of the trust given to them to service my Van. About two years ago I took my ProMaster to be serviced for transmission problems. When I got it back, yes they fixed the transmission, but to my surprise, someone that worked on my ProMaster stole all my tools. The most surprising thing is, the van was parked in a area with no cameras. Shocking how they couldn't figure out who stole over $13,000. The manager till this day, hasn't figured out who did it or how to get this issues solved. All my hard work was stolen in a day by a "good" dealership that saw the color of my skin. To all my Latinos/ minorities I would stay away from this dealer. Let's not continue letting privileged companies keep stealing from us. Just because I am Hispanic, no one cared to get it resolved. No attention was put to the whole situation. Someone in that dealer is a thief.

Went into the dealership was met with a front desk greeter who did not greet me at all. I had to ask for a salesman as they were all sitting acting busy with no customers on the store besides me. We sat down with Robert, who was somewhat pleasant at the time. he brought the vehicle for me to test drive. The check engine light was on and it had scratches and dents all over! He said “it’s minor, we’ll get that fixed and I’ll throw you a deal” I asked him where he wanted me to drive. He remained silent. I asked again and then he said go up 95th and turn around. We arrived back at the dealership. I said “ I don’t know how I feel about it.” He says “ If you don’t know how you feel, that means you don’t want to buy the car”. We sat down and I asked what the deal was that he was offering he said you tell me your number first. I told him a number and he said “ Does that even make sense to you?” Then he proceeds to say, what’s your down payment? What bank are you going through? Stared me down and rolled his eyes. Then comes back and says you can’t go through your own bank. You have to go through us and tries to make me pay $8000 more than what the car was being advertised for lol! All while mentioning a disclaimer. I mean, he literally rolled his eyes threw his head back, he was just being so dramatic. I just got up And left. It was a very SASSY and UNCALLED for interaction. If he didn’t want to sell the car he could have just said that! I literally got in an accident prior to coming there, in which I almost lost my life! Such a horrible experience and I will NEVER deal with them again!

Went here looking to purchase a new Ram. We couldn’t make a deal happen but definitely was pleasantly surprised with their communication, and professionalism.I hear they are making or have made changes in their service department, I asked because of the reviews.If looking for a Ram definitely check this location out!

Employees were courteous, manager helpful. That said, took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was there for service, oil change/tire rotation, around 11:20. I was told it would be about 1-1.5 hr wait. They sent me a text telling me to let them know if I needed anything. 1:41, over 2 hours later, I texted them asking for status. No response. I went to the desk, and they said my car was on the hoist now. 2:26, 45 minutes after car was on hoist, I informed them I’d been there over 3 hours and needed to leave. They informed me, “perfect timing, it just finished.” A little excessive, especially when they told me no more than 1.5 hours.

Communication and organization was lacking. I was called on a Tuesday saying my truck would be ready the next day and I would be called. Never got a call Wednesday, but was called Thursday saying it would be done that afternoon, I told them I couldn't get there that day by closing and I would come Friday. Got there Friday and my truck was not done, and was told parts would be there the next Tuesday. 5 minutes later I was told parts would be there next THURSDAY. As my truck was drivable I paid for what work was completed and took my truck and was told I would be called when the parts would be in. That was several weeks ago and still haven't received a call. I have since gotten the work complete for a fraction of the cost after I was able to get the parts by the Tuesday they mentioned. While I have been happy with the dealership for the last 10 years, I will not be going back.

We had a great salesman that worked with us on initial purchase of our Jeep, but after that it went downhill fast. Communication is poor when you take a vehicle in for warranty work and we had bad experiences multiple times with the repairs not being completed. Lots of missed time from work and stressful situations on our family. Problems you generally try to avoid by buying a new vehicle. I spoke with a manager regarding our frustrations since purchasing the vehicle, but it seemed as I was only inconveniencing her. Nothing changed and there was no follow up. We will not be going back or recommending this dealership to our friends and family.

I made an appointment yesterday for 3 today to look at my car. And when you schedule they make you give a detailed description. I get there and they ask what’s going on and I re explain and he immediately asks if they can keep it overnight. I say no bc I need to be able to get to work and he tells me they won’t even look at it. I told him that I explained exactly what was going on when I booked the appointment and no one told me it wasn’t possible. His response was “well it’s already 3 so we wouldn’t have time”. What’s the point of making an appointment if you can’t actually have anything looked at. And how do they expect you to get home or to work the next day? Terrible terrible service.

I took my daughters car in on a Weds to have the third row seat in a Pacifica looked at. And the brakes were hissing when being pressed. They said the brake peddle issue was fixed but had to order from another dealer a motor for the third row seat. It was promised for the next day Thursday. Friday I drove in to see the progress. Today is Monday, five days later and the story changes every day.At first the seat motor was being shipped from Detroit, then it was supposed to arrive two days later. I drove in again today because Jackson the agent wouldn't return any of my calls and the motor still hadn't arrived and now it's coming from Dallas. I understand these things happen, but it would be nice if there was some communication or update each day. The part still hasn't arrived. Very poor service and communication by Jackson the service agent. I don't know what is happening to the service department.The service department is not what it used to be. It's a shame, we have been loyal customers to this dealership for years, but I would advise others to not come here. I wonder if the owner of the dealership even knows about some of the bad service.

I think 1 star is high for this service department..Had my vehicle for almost a month, charged me 3500 , did not offer me a loaner car or anything, communication was poor, except for Kayla a service representative and they gave me my car back still broken..took it back in next day and they sent me a quote 3 days later to approve via text for another 3000Ridiculous that they could not fix the problem in a months time and want to charge me now even more service time. At least they gave me a rental this time. So here I sit with a rental , my car is still there, the girl I talked to didn't even know what shape the car was in at this time or if it was drive able. Will take elsewhere for any other repairs!!!

We have been going here for the past 3 years and why we keep coming back is beyond me. We have to bring it back every time and then get charged double. It’s never fixed the first time. We like the guys (maybe service reps) that help in the beginning but the mechanics seem to take forever and then it’s never correct.

Purchased a used ram 1500 couple of days ago and was told two weeks prior to actually purchasing the vehicle that it had come with a second key. Day of delivery salesman tells me he cannot find the other key and would reach out to the client that traded it in. I am about to go out of town and still no one is able to tell me what is going on. I call and ask for the salesman ago and his used car manager conor answers and says he is not in. So i ask him if there is anyway that he can help me out in order to figure out where my second key is. He says that is not his job. Everyone knows when you chose to be a manager everything becomes your job just goes to show how olathe dodge trates their customers. I even purchased an extended warranty and maintenance package through them but i guess it doesnt matter how much money you spend they simply do not care for you or your opinion.

Initially, I was given an estimate for both length of time and cost. After that, I never received any communications even after I left several phone messages and text messages. After days pasted, I called the dealership’s main number and got transferred to the service department. The final cost was significantly more than the estimated cost and no one could explain what all was “fixed”.

Service department is not customer friendly. Lots of smoke and mirrors around taking care of customers. This place is the definition of a stealership. Jackson the service individual should not be given the opportunity to talk to customers. They charge a 3% processing fee for credit cards. Clown business.

This is the best MOPAR dealer I’ve ever been to. From the sales team to parts and service, they’re as good as it gets. My wife and I have never been oversold on services or repairs and the staff is always friendly. High integrity dealership in an industry that’s normally lacking integrity.
