The purchase experience was painful. The old bait and switch. They offered to sell us a lesser vehicle to drive while we waited for our model to come in. Then would give us a full refund when we traded it out with the one we ordered. They added $5,000 to the 1st vehicle, and switched the extra $5,000 over to the New Vehical, after they priced it out in the beginning for the lesser amount, plus added their $800.00 financial fee on both vehicle.Needed service at $4000 miles due to transmission problem, Radio and setup screen locked up and warranty repair needed on a rim(that had minor damage same day we picked up). They scheduled us out 3 weeks for service. Kept it an additional week, before even looking at any of the 3 problems.They didn’t give any update! Service wouldn’t answer or return any phone calls, give any updates.When we picked up vehicle, Radio was done with software update, Transmission they stated they couldn’t find anything, technician had to go for a ride that was just a drive, then manager said the hammering noise during shift is normal for AWD, but it doesn’t stop until you let off the gas and accelerate again to stop noise. The rim damage they declined after we had approval from sales, same day we bought it.Lastly, they change the oil without asking, now I have an oil leak, the bottom plastic shield is dripping oil on our garage floor.

We had a wonderful experience at the dealership. ALL involved (sales, managers, finance, etc.) were great! Not pushy, they were knowledgeable and/or if someone didn’t know an answer they quickly found out for us (we asked a lot of questions). The guys were just personable and nice! If you want a quick, reliable and personal buying experience look no further. Oh! Our second Kia is great too!!

I’m not sure where to start. I’ve had various issues with this dealership for 2 years now. Service sent me out on the road in a dangerous vehicle that could have rolled, I learned this from the same service department on my next visit. They earned back my trust and I bought a new car from them and have had customer services issues ever since, including with the GM. Now I’m trying to reach them by phone and all phone numbers online are not answering. Found a chat option online and was assured someone would call. They have not. I’m now living out of state and can’t simply drive to the dealership. Feeling helpless and unable to get an issue resolved. This is the first time I’ve left a negative review for anyone at all. Hoping this will help out those who are experiencing poor service at the dealership as well.

My sales rep was Isaiah, and he was awesome! He got me the exact car I wanted, was friendly, and had answers to any questions I may have had. He even informed me of and helped cut me some great deals! I've never been respected as much as I was at Brogdens Olathe Kia, and felt like a customer they actually cared for; not someone they were just trying to get money from. They listened to my wants for a car, along with my budget, and made sure I was able to leave with the car I wanted. They were very flexible working with me and if I were ever in need of another car, I'd specifically go to Brogdens Kia and request for Isaiah. I absolutely love my new car and couldn't ask for anything more!

Jimmy Gonzales the salesman was awesome. Didn't feel any pressure and felt he was knowledgeable and there the help. Sage in the finance department was quick and very nice. The whole experience felt personal and they even sent us a gift basket!

We recently bought a Kia from Katie a new sales person at Olathe Kia. Katie was awesome and every step of the process. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left she (and everyone else) was friendly and knowledgeable of what the product was and accompanying features. She was very patient with me when I had a lot of questions. I recommend Katie and Olathe Kia for anyone searching for a new or preowned vehicle.

We decided to buy an electric car and visited a few dealerships. The olathe, Kia agent, Allen Aikens, showed us cars of interest, was patient, and listened well to my preferences. Alen understood my trepidation at leaving the Acura dealership that which we had been customers for years, as well as my hesitation, considering an electric car. He demonstrated and explained all the features of the EV6. He convinced us through his clear focus on us personally that this dealership, as well as the Kia itself were the best buys. It was definitely because of Alen that within only one day of debating our own needs we bought the car. Alen took the time and care to program both of our phones for specific apps to assist is. I recommend Alen specifically if you want to buy a car. He is professional, knowledgeable, and definitely customer focused.

Amazing experience from start to finish!Sebastian, Isiah, and finance completely hit a home run!Called late Friday, car was there, came Saturday to our amazement car was washed and ready to go and waiting in front of dealership for us to see.They made us feel like family, the whole time at the dealership.And the in and out time was awesome 1 1/2 hours, which usually is unheard-of in the automotive sales world!From someone who has years in this field, this was very impressive, and needless to say has gained a customer for life!Thank you and thanks all around for helping us with our new k5 purchase!ThanksAngela and Chad*thanks for the cookies and coffee mug!

Sebastian was my sales manager and he went above and beyond to take care of me. It was such a relief after a crazy car buying experience before coming here. He was awesome! Our finance manager Roger was super quick and responsive as well. And even our delivery driver was the sweetest and best. Overall such a great experience!

I stopped into Brogden's Olathe Kia to just window shop and dream of what might be. They had a great selection of vehicles and I wanted to check out the prices. An Associate Tracy Webb asked me if she could help me. She was very polite and friendly. She answered any questions I had but yet gave me room to also browse on my own. Very pleasant experience.
