We had the very best experience today at Old Navy. My niece and family had a devastating fire and lost everything except what they had on today. We love Old Navy because they always have cute clothes and their sizes. I did not get the ladies name that checked us out but she was very caring and made us feel welcomed. Thank you so much for everything!

They didn't take the safety tag off my online order so I had to go back to get it removed. Make sure you check your order before you leave the store!

I hope a manager sees this. I was shopping with my mom. I’m 8 months pregnant. A worker named lily approached us and started a normal conversation about me being pregnant but she ended the conversation talking about how her coworkers wife is pregnant and hopefully it’s just one baby because “if it’s 2.. one needs to eat the other one in the womb” …. I’m not sure why she thinks it’s appropriate to talk about fetal death with an obviously pregnant woman or why she would think that comment was funny but both my mom and I were seriously disgusted. It’s completely out of left field and gross. And she thought it was just hilarious. Horrified that this is what Lily thinks is an appropriate conversation at Old Navy while I’m just trying to shop before I have my baby.

It was a great place to shop. We were a little sad not to find that everything we saw online that was on sell. But clearance has some good deals.

At check out and price came up different then the sign. And the cashier asked me to leave the line and go take a picture of it. I had to ask him to have another associate or manager go check. They said they couldn’t find it and left it as that. I didn’t want to pursue the purchase after the poor customer service.
