Ordered unlimited soup, salad, and bread sticks, we received one bowl of salad, no bread sticks, one bowl of soup which was cold. The waiter never came back to refill our "unlimited" food, so we walked out. Horrible

We usually eat in the restaurant at 119th in Olathe but haven't since the Covid. We have picked up to go food on several occasions. It has always been as delicious and filling as when we eat in the restaurant. We do miss the staff bc that is what we always enjoyed about dining there. We LOVE the manager Crystal. She always stops by our table and makes sure we are doing ok. Our servers are always awesome! So I am not surprised this great service and food carried over to the to go orders. We always order large amounts bc we have a big family. It never disappoints. Olive Garden...thank you! You are our favorite!!

They have a good system of getting people seated. They are careful without being intrusive. Excellent food as always.

As I've written before, there's nothing all that special about the food at an Olive Garden but I've had consistently excellent service at everyone I've ever visited. What ever corporate management is doing should be emulated by restaurants everywhere. Our server on this visit was Caylei W. The last visit was precipitated by my daughter's desire to go there for her birthday. I had the Braised Beef Gorgonzola Alfredo (photos attached). It was fine, though some of the beef was a bit chewy and I didn't love the flavor, but that's just taste and not an indictment of the dish. Most importantly, it was served piping hot.

So I ordered for carry out didn't get my chicken gnocchi soup and my pasta was dry. I paid to an upcharge for Alfredo sauce and got dry pasta. Take some pride in your work, this isn't McDonald's

I ordered curbside pick-up the second weekend of the pandemic (via online). I ordered around 6 pm with a 6:30 pick-up time which I arrived right around this time. I didn't receive my food until about 7:10 pm with no explanation on why it took an extra 40 minutes and we also ordered off the buy one get one menu so I assumed it wouldn't take this long. The lady next to me also had an issue where she called in the order and they lost it, she was actually able to order with the guy and had it out before I even got my food. I tried not to complain until she had her issue figured out since she had a child in the car (mine were at home). They did offer her money off but I never received any offer (I did pay already since ordered online). I do like Olive Garden but probably won't go back during pandemic due to this.

i love olive garden, so of course having it at all during quarantine was amazing! no issues, just great service & even better food.

Manager was very nice! They got my food out to me in a good timing and the Zuppa was AMAZING. The only thing that could've been better (on a picky note) was if they gave me more sauce on my spaghetti. So good!

Wanted to be fancy tonight & of course the dining is closed but they have a drive up service which is absolutely crazy. Over an hour for our food but I'm not complaining because these workers are literally running around, having to deal with upset people, & really backed up kitchen I'm sure.

They have gone cheap with the Alfredo sauce, no matter the location so it is obviously a corporate decision. You have but on top so it looks nice but less than half way through the dish you are left with just dry pasta. Last 6 times from several states and get the same thing.

Packed Friday night and the server was fantastic. She was friendly and attentive without being annoying. Kitchen did a great job getting the food out in a timely manner and it was correct the first time.

We went for a late lunch. OMG there was a half hour wait. Some people in the bar left so we snagged their table. Service was good. We both had soup and salad, which we both liked. We also took advantage of their special to take home a pasta for $5. We both got spaghetti which was very good. What a deal. It was nice lunch out in the middle of the week.

Dependable food and service. Not my home town place but just as good. Consistent from restaurant to restaurant. Ate at the bar and the bartender was just attentive enough.

I’ve always love their salads. The food was alright but a good experience for my wife as she enjoyed too the salad

We arrived when the restaurant opened (11 am), however we have already had 30 minute wait, because they don’t have any servers checked in yet. Why would you possibly open without workers already in place?? There are over 35 people waiting to get seated. This will be my last visit to this location!

Don't have complaint about food. All the dishes I've tried have been great. Olive garden has more hidden costs every time I go. Drinks aren't included in kids meals and servers neglect to tell you if items are an extra cost.

My sister and I ate here yesterday. Great service and good food......but after a few hours my sister threw up and next thing you know I'm throwing up right after her. We took all night taking turns in the bathroom. It was that salad. I won't go back. Food poisoning is hell.

There was a 40 minute wait for a table so we sat at the bar. She was very busy but treated everyone exceptionally well. Food was excellent.

OG's food is always consistent...so you know what you're getting. 5-star rating was for service...wish I could remember our server's name...but she's the reason OG is getting a 5-star.

Great food and service. Definitely nice place for the family. Been here twice and had a good time. Loved the food and it's reasonably priced.

The Salad was good but we ordered more than just that. It has been an hour and no entree. I would understand if they were busy but there might be a dozen tables of mostly couples. We are a group of 6. They have a beautiful atmosphere but maybe they could spend a bit more of the budget training for customer service or getting a decent kitchen crew that can handle a sudden increase of customers. I wonder if I can get a pizza delivered to a restaurant? At the end of the meal we got the ticket and we had to beg for the after dinner mints.

I just love the environment and the selection of food and drinks. The way they decorate for each season or holiday is lovely and the staff is attentive and efficient. The salad is just great and you you can have as much as you want!!!

Salad, soup & bread sticks were great! Our server was over the top friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Basing this review off of Olive Garden standards. Parking lot is tight for the area. We walked in at a good time and had no wait. This location has a nice open layout vs some others we’ve been to. Very clear and friendly staff. Soup and salad came out quick and food followed shorty after.

Always a favorite and the breadsticks you cant get enough of. Best friendly service. The wait is usually really long but if you got patience it's worth it. I love the pasta from here

I’ve been a few times to this location and have a great experience every time! Our server, Miguel, was fantastic. I didn’t catch the name of the manager that seated us, but she also was wonderful. Thanks for making it an enjoyable experience!

Chance was our waiter today & he has hands down been the absolute best waiter we have ever had! He was very fast and efficient! He knew everything like the back of his hand and constantly checked on us! I will always request him from here on out for future visits!

On my way out of Kansas City to the airport and in 20 degree weather and a sleet storm on November 11, 2019, my friend and I decided on meeting up at this Olive Garden for lunch. It was the first time in a while that I've been personally in a place where it was snowing and sleeting. It was cold, blustery, and interesting. With that said, I was here around 11:30am on a cold Monday morning, Veterans Day 2019 for lunch. This Olive Garden was full of life, but thankfully, we were seated right away and didn't have to wait. Ironically, you could fill yourself up with the salad and breadsticks combo, but we opted for an entree along with the aforementioned combo of salad and breadsticks to complete the meal. I ultimately ordered the steak with fettuccine Alfredo, along with a beer I don't recall, but took a photo of it. Olive Garden Italian restaurant is one of those places where if you don't know where to go to eat, chances are this is a good place to go. Thankful that my friend recommended this place, even though it was in Olathe and not in Overland Park. We spent about a good hour here before parting ways. It was a simple lunch, but enjoyed the fettuccine Alfredo, as I rarely have that unless I'm traveling to run 13.1 or 26.2 somewhere around the country. The overall experience here at this Olive Garden in Olathe, Kansas was quite nice and relaxing. The service here was friendly and casual. It was like having a friend with you at all times. Making friends is a fun thing to do while traveling. The ambiance at this Olathe Olive Garden was quiet and calm. While there were people there, we sat in a quiet corner of the restaurant and didn't feel like we had to yell to hear each other. The restaurant set up is like any other Olive Garden anywhere in the country. Quite clean and busy to serve everyone. This Olive Garden is located at 15090 W 119th Street here in the heart of Olathe, Kansas. They accept major credit cards, as well as cash. They have a generous parking lot available for y'all who do drive and live local. For those of us who don't drive, I'm not familiar with Kansas City's public transportation option, but best bet is to either get here via rental car or try to find uber or lyft on your phone for lunch or dinner. For the most part though, I enjoyed myself here and hope you will too. The steak was ordered rare and it was an 8 oz steak, I think. It was cooked beautifully and tasted great. Didn't need to have any A-1 sauce or anything. It was just that good. Combined with the fettuccine Alfredo, it was a dish that was purely the best thing to have on a cold sleeting morning in November 2019 in Kansas. The beer was good and crisp. Pretty sure it may be a Heineken, although I can't be too sure on that. For the most part though, this experience to Olive Garden was essential and happy that my friend made the trip from Shawnee to pick me up in Corporate Woods / Overland Park, then came to Olathe for lunch that day. It was a nice lunch that was the highlight of the day, although seeing snow on this trip was a surprise as well. If you are in the area and love Olive Garden, consider this location in Olathe. You'll be glad you stopped by. The restaurant felt at home, even in 20 degree weather and sleeting at the time of my experience here. 4.0 stars for the overall experience. 4.0 stars for the food and service. 3.5 stars for the ambiance. 3.5 stars for the prices. Support local! B

Our 12 member party stretched the limits of hospitality, but our servers were gracious, patient and expedient. The food was wonderful and served in a sensible fashion, bringing it out in batches as it was ready rather than letting some dishes cool while the others were cooking.
