I've never seen Customer service so bad. I understand people have bad days but this happens every other time I'm there. Older lady thought I was stealing water right in front of her even though I had already added it. I go there for the prices and convenience so I normally laugh it off.

I stopped in for a few things and the prices are insanely cheap. But again just like any other “discount” store you see prices are equivalent to the other stores around. But with the location and prices on the few things I stopped in for and the employees there are hands down very polite and helpful. I will definitely shop here again?

I've shopped at this store periodically since it's opening. At first I could see lower prices on many items compared to Price Chopper and even Wal-Mart grocery. But the last few years, the pricing is actually higher than Wal-Mart. There's one item I can buy there cheaper and I love their big frozen Bag of chocolate chip cookie dough cookies to bake cookies so I buy them as well.
Place is very dirty looking as well and you have to read expire dates on dairy products and lunch meats.

I normally love Payless Foods, but one bad egg can ruin it. The young lady working the self check out lanes was rude (I had to ask her a question a week ago too and had the same interaction with her). She’s not going to win any Miss Congeniality awards. I know it’s hard to find good help, but you can do better. I worked in the grocery business and my family owns grocery stores. I know the business.

Have to be selective with items that are supposed to be a value. A lot of box stuff is same price as other stores. The produce isn't great. A section in the back corner for Mexican import stuff.

This is a good place to shop.
Good and friendly workers.
Though it used to be the least expensive place in the area, not anymore.

It complies with the famous phrase good, nice and cheap, a good alternative to get products at a good price and from different suppliers, excellent quality like any supermarket of its size, comfortable excellent and friendly service, with immense parking space, so when We want a change of purchase, this store is an excellent option, do not forget to take advantage of this excellent option.
