Called ahead to verify an item, I was at a nearby store that was out of the dog food I needed,
IT Was almost Closing Time!.. I let him know I was on the way, and he actually carried it to the front of the store for me!
Very thankful they didn't shut the doors as I was parking and walking in!
Was in & out in less than 2 minutes! Great Service!

The people working here were kind of rude and just seemed overworked for some reason… Don’t really understand the attitude over touching $.17 crickets… Put a big sign up if it’s that big of a deal to handle crickets

Love Bree the groomer she is the absolute best, takes such sweet care of my two shih tzu’s. I have taken them other places but they always come home stressed but not at here with Bree!

Our GSD has a bit of separation anxiety. I know, weird right. The staff understands this, and accommodate us by doing the checkups while we wait. So much better for her and us. Thank you Banfield!

The groomers at this location are exceptionally amazing. Abby is the bomb.com!! My sweet baby is always nervous getting her nails trimmed and since she’s a pittie sometimes she get judged before interacting with her, but since coming here there is no nervous energy from her and all the groomers embrace her cuteness! Abby got her nails trimmed and filed like none other! All the groomers are so welcoming and kind. This is definitely the place to go for any grooming needs!! Thanks guys and Abby you freaking rock! Oh also did I mention it was less than five minutes?! Stellar work!!

I have 2 special needs pups that require very specific royal canin dry food. Only been able to find at the Olathe store. Show up, grab the food, go to the register to pay along with my vet prescription. The check out person says they can not accept the vet prescription bc I have to go Banfield to get a prescription card. I've used my vet prescription paper 4 times at this location this year, never told I have to go to Banfield. Ask if I can do that next time since I've purchased the same food multiple times already and Banfield was closed. She was very rude and said there are no exceptions. I asked if she could understand how crazy it is to be at a pet store, buying dog food, with a valid prescription but I need a different piece of paper that says the exact same thing I already have. No exceptions. So, if I can figure out where else to buy this special food I'll never come back to petsmart again.

Very pleased. First time stopping for nail trim. They have "yappy hour." Nail trim was $7. $5 off regular price.
