Michael was awesome! He eased my concerns, was friendly, and very helpful. I forgot a flash drive & the power cord, but he was quick to offer alternatives. Overall, my experience with your company was great, and Michael was fantastic!

Don’t waste your time or money at this location. They sell you on the aftermarket products and then when that product fails they blame it on the aftermarket product. They tell you then that you should have paid the extra money for the manufacturer product. I asked them why they offer the aftermarket product if it isn’t any good. Their reply was that they are fine if you don’t drop it. Everything is somebody else fault and not theirs. Even when Apple and TMobile both say this place installed the screen wrong.Update:The company made it right. They allowed me to go to a different location(135th and Metcalf) and they repaired the phone free of charge. I recommend that location as they were awesome.

Had a box of old phones, vape pens, and LiON batteries. Handed the dude the box and left. Easy peazy. Just make sure to wipe any phones you are turning in. Remove sim cards, factory reset, etc..

Had my phone fixed here on my warranty. They did diagnose it and repaired the bad battery. The problem I had was it took 2 weeks to get a replacement battery and they didn't call or email me when it arrived.

They charged me $44 and didn’t fix or diagnose a thing. They called me about replacing the charging port and said “they didn’t know if that was the issue but it would cost $280”. I said why not test it with a multimeter, they said “we don’t know how to use or have one”. The front counter lady was super rude and condescending aswell. A joke of an operation.

Went to have a phone screen replaced. The service was fantastic. I was prepared to pay a lot to have the screen replaced, but the great girl working there, found out my phone was covered under warranty! I walked out, paying nothing and I made sure to give her a tip for finding a way for me to save money. Highly recommend. The screen was fixed in an hour. Super fast.

Rather unhelpful. Recently bought a phone that happened to have a faulty battery, and after giving the manufacturer a call, they told me these were the guys to see for an in person repair, promising a FREE repair on the battery, as it is still under warranty. Upon visiting, they wouldn't hear me out. $99 repair, period. I had also called the phone number ahead of my visit and they told me I was not calling uBreakifix/Asurion, it was some other business.

Called to get an estimate on screen replacement on Monday. Got quoted $79 to replace a broken screen on an IPhone SE. got there to drop it off and was quoted $89.99. I asked if a promotion had just ended: “no”. Didn’t want to push the issue for $10 so handed him my phone. Got a call within an hour - extremely fast so was pleased! Got the phone in my car and called on my way home due to not being able to see the screen with polarized glasses.“I didn’t know it was an issue I guess if you want it fixed we can refund you the $89.99 and charge you $219.99 for an OEM screen”. (This was the first I’ve heard that this was not an OEM screen).Summary: be prepared to be misquoted and the quality to be sub par at best. 0 visibility with polarized sunglasses as well as significantly more glare than OEM glass.

Took my iphone 11 up here for a screen replacement. As soon as i got my phone back, the screen was lagging and glitching. Also they replaced my screen with an aftermarket iPhone screen. I immediately tried to take my phone back to the store to inform them about my issues. But the store literally had a handwritten note on the door for 2 weeks straight saying that they were closed.

Showed up to my appointment time… I drove all the way in from college to get my computer fixed right before finals and they were closed… wasted gas and time to get here and now i’m screwed for my finals. get better opening shift staff.

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Phone came in shattered. Left with the bottom corner and side unseated. Less than 24 hours $150 spent and never had a fixed phone. Called and asked for a refund and to have my phone fixed the person says she doesn't touch Google phones and to talk to her manager who of course is not there. Was told to call back the next day (Sunday) they were closed. Or at least like to pretend they are. What a business. Don't waste your time or money here unless you love customer service wait times.Edit: After customer service couldn't even get ahold of the store I was able to and was given a refund and they "fixed" the phone. Screen was attached when I left. Has already come undone in same spot two hours later. Manager tried telling me not to take the refund because then he wouldn't fix it again because there would be no warranty seems like he knew his fix wouldn't last. DO NOT GO HERE.
