“I rent U-Haul trucks throughout the kc metro all the time. I have for the last six years. This place is the best location for sure. They are fast, friendly and don’t overcharge ever! I dropped my truck off yesterday a little under the gas it was supposed to be at. They charged me the exact amount the contract says. Then they even credited the fuel back to my account and didn’t charge me! I also rented a truck from the power and light location in downtown. I stopped to get fuel once before I dropped the truck off. I was missing no fuel but they claimed I was missing a quarter of a quarter tank. This is the same amount I was actually missing in Lenexa. They literally charged me $49.50!”
