“The gentleman I worked with on my rental and this storage unit lease was absolutely fantastic. I believe he is a manager and rightfully so. He was extremely helpful and was part of my decision to get a unit at this facility despite already having one reserved at Storage Mart, and I am VERY glad I did. The storage facility is very clean and staff were helpful. I have gone to this U-Haul location for over 10 years and I will continue to!!”

“Honestly, the reason why I come to this U-Haul time and time again is because how well they treat me there! Great customer service! As long as there’s availability on the rentals they get you right!”

“I rent U-Haul trucks throughout the kc metro all the time. I have for the last six years. This place is the best location for sure. They are fast, friendly and don’t overcharge ever! I dropped my truck off yesterday a little under the gas it was supposed to be at. They charged me the exact amount the contract says. Then they even credited the fuel back to my account and didn’t charge me! I also rented a truck from the power and light location in downtown. I stopped to get fuel once before I dropped the truck off. I was missing no fuel but they claimed I was missing a quarter of a quarter tank. This is the same amount I was actually missing in Lenexa. They literally charged me $49.50!”

“Ferrellgas has done an excellent job for us! They gladly accommodated us when we had to have extras to get our propane tank refilled last time. Very nice to work with from the office to the field.”
