In and out within minutes. Ability to make online appointments with streamlined check in takes the dread out of going to the lab. Excellent phlebotomist always provide warm encouragement along with fast and painless service.

I have to say that I was super impressed with Quest Diagnostics this morning! I made an appointment the morning of for 9:50 am. I showed up in the waiting room at 9:40 and clicked the "check in" button from the text message they sent. I had maybe been there a minute, when Gina called me back. She was super personable and kind. I DID NOT EVEN FEEL THE NEEDLE when she went to take my blood; it was amazing! I was done quickly. As the elevator doors closed on my way out, I looked at the time and it said 9:49 am. I was literally heading out a minute before my appointment at 9:50am! Now I call that good service!

Our phlebotomist was amazing! She had my 17-year-old needle-phobe of a son cracking up and distracted as she took his sample! He didn't even flinch!!

The lady working at this location on 10/01/2024 was too lazy to help complete a drug test for work that was scheduled at 2:50 that had a confirmation. She came out at 2:54 and check my name and then came back out at 3 and said they don’t do drug tests after 3pm. While smirking at me like I was an idiot. If you can avoid this location because of that employee alone, I would do it.

Very clean and well organized. Technician was on time and very professional. She did an amazing job drawing blood. Pain free and did not leave a mark!

I made an appointment online, a few weeks in advance. Less than a few minutes after checking in at the kiosk, my name was called. Carla did my blood draw and was great and nice to talk to, first thing in the morning. I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. Quick and easy. No complaints.

Pro tip: show up late to your appointment.
Made an appointment two weeks ahead of time for 9:10. Showed up at 9:00 and checked in on my phone (10 minutes early is the earliest you can check in). Three people in waiting room.
I didn’t get called back until 9:40. People who showed up late went before me. At least 10 or so. I was sitting there longer than any person in the waiting room. Once I finally went back I was in and out in 5 minutes.
Plan to stay awhile, or just show up late.

I went to an appt a day or two prior and they said I needed to fast so I rescheduled. Went to my appt fasted and told her without her asking me that I had fasted. Got my results and they didn’t test for the lab that I specifically fasted for. Results came back not tested.

Stay away from these people they are crooks and thieves to make up their own insurance rules as they go and take money from people they should not and overbilling run by evil people stay away at all cost. Driven by greed and overbilling
