Showed up, nothing that told me or indicated the wait area was on the second floor behind doors, or signs, so despite showing up ten minutes early, I was late by one minute, and the people there would then not accept my appointment time, so I've now wasted nearly an hour of my time for no reason, and now will have to reschedule for a different location. I can confirm the pictures of stains in other reviews are accurate, and the staff weren't rude to me but we're not particularly helpful, and just said to reschedule, despite my being early. I will not be rescheduling to this location.

Employees here are rude and condescending. They are Completely unprofessional. I recommend choosing a different location.

The staff were efficient and kind. I was late to my appointment and had to change to a walk in - even though they were booked for a while they did their best to work me in as soon as they could and were very kind and quick to get their work done.

I can report that when you call to ask a question you do not have an opportunity to ask. Automated canned message will not let you talk to a human.

Unhelpful staff, automated phone system will take appointments that don't register in the system. Upon returning, there is a sign saying they are not doing testing due to plumbing issues. Why take my phone number if you arent going to notify me of canceling my appointment? If this was any other business, they would be out of business by now.

They should close this business down, completely unprofessional and false information, there are no walkins at this location, but they say they have walkin, you have to walkin to get an appointment, which i could do it from my laptop staying at home, i had to drive 30 mins to get there to get an appointment. what kind of company is it. do you have regards for the customers, and their time? . Customers time is just a valuable as yours, learn to respect it. if i could shutdown a business for these reasons, i would shutdown this location and this chain permanently. all they care is about money.

Rude front staff, the kiosk was a joke, I needed a large amount of draws and she was like “oops I took 13 instead of 12” which isn’t the end of the world but it was already a difficult situation. Person inquired way too deeply about my reason for blood draws commenting on my stillborn baby with good intentions but ultimately inappropriate and invasive so bedside manner was an issue in an already vulnerable appt. I overheard a toddler blood draw and the interaction was heartbreaking. Such horrible comments made to the child who was doing the best they could. Clearly a man who had NO experience with a child and no bedside manner telling the child he or she was just fine. Later got billed repeatedly because they never ran my insurance. A total nightmare but clearly the kiosk insurance system is garbage.

I was dreading going in due to all the bad reviews, but my experience couldn't have been better. I was in and out in 10 minutes, including wait time. Facilities were clean, phlebotomist was professional. We had a brief chat about her birding hobby, which was fun. It is a little confusing when you walk up to the building, because the only sign outside is the for Orthopedics, but if you go in the Quest lab is on the next floor.

I received a collections notice, but never received a bill. When I called, I was told that I was sent 3 bills. How can 3 bills get lost in the mail? Not likely. I didn't even go to your facility, my doctor must have used your services so its not like I would have known to expect a bill from here.

I had a 7:40 appointment and got right in. I don't do well with having blood drawn so asked if I could lay down. They had a room set up for that and explained what causes certain people to pass out ( their blood vessels clamp down when they have a wound constricting blood flow). She talked with me throughout and I didn't even know what was happening. It took a few minutes for me to get upright and on my feet but she gave all the time I needed. I was worried about this location after all the bad reviews but it was one of the better blood draws I have had.

Disorganized, neglectful check in. Unsure when I'll be seen, no front desk person. Online checkin system can't find appointment the kiosk just booked....now its naking me wait 30 min until Im 20 min before my appointment to check in...If given the option, choose somewhere else. I have stuff to do, this is incredibly disrespectful of my time.

Waited over and hour for a simple blood draw. Need to get some organization and scheduling. Employee took a lunch hour over the noon hour which one would think b is the busiest time.... makes no sense. Even with an appointment it has taken an hour after the appt time.
