Our sales guy Jimmy was excellent, definitely use him.DO NOT USE Paul Levin(finance guy), he is rude, lier and only out for himself! He basically just tried to rip me off with his absurd loan rate. Which I was easily able to get it 3 points less elsewhere. They have a base rate and then he jacked it up to 10.59% like I would accept that. Make sure you go into the dealership with a pre-approval!Paul was extremely difficult during loan process. Would not give me actual numbers. Keep talking about I should give him a tip. I have a tip find a new job! You Suck! Then he keep saying stupid none of his business items like whats another 150 more in a payment that is nothing. Really screw off! Telling me I was wasting my money putting money down. Then trying to sell me gap insurance, screw off!

Inquired about a Yukon Denali Ultimate on Monday from the Philadelphia, PA area and it was in our driveway by Friday! Jake was responsive and ready to make the sale happen and us happy. I had connected with two other dealerships and although they were nice, the did not match your service. Truly appreciate how positive Jake was and how much he worked to get us our special vehicle. Paul was also great to work with and made all the financing fast and easy. Communication was excellent as was all follow up. Thank you, thank you, thank you, we are very fortunate to have connected with your team to get this hard to get GMC!

I recently had the pleasure to work with Enoch Kritzell at Robert Brogden Buick/GMC. I hadn't shopped for a new vehicle since 2015, so I wasn't really looking forward to the whole car sales process from my past experiences. I was on my fifth Chevy suburban and this one was approaching 200K. With the assumption this would be my last, I want to checkout the new GMC Denali options. Enoch was very helpful and patiently guided me through the Yukon and XL Denali options. in the end, I got exactly what I wanted. I had a great experience and would be happy to recommend Enoch and his support team at Robert Brogden for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicles.

Over the span of several 20+ years, I've never had a good experience with Robert Brogden GMC Buick. They have ALWAYS been the worst when it comes to price and negotiating car deals. I ALWAYS ended up going to another dealership to buy a car/truck at a great price. At one point I had negotiated a car deal in another state and had it delivered to Brogden. When I arrived to pick it up, the factory wrapping was not removed, and it was filthy from being transported. When taking my car to the dealership for service, they were very quick to "recommend" other service items that were not needed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. RUN THE OTHER WAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

My experience with this dealership, particularly with Product Specialist Ernie Vila and Salesperson Enoch Kritzell, was extremely disappointing. Initially informed that pricing discussions would only occur in person, my visit proved futile. Enoch's focus was on irrelevant demonstrations, and he struggled with basic tasks like finding the vehicle keys, while completely ignoring my questions about pricing and deposits.Further, my attempts to address these concerns through emails to Ernie Vila and even to the General Manager, Phil Skid, were met with absolute silence. This total lack of response from Ernie and Phil exacerbated the situation, making me feel that my business and time were of no value to them. Such unprofessional behavior and poor customer service from both the sales and management teams have compelled me to advise potential buyers to steer clear of this dealership if they seek a transparent and respectful car-buying experience.

Jimmy Carpenter is great! He helped put me into a new truck. He is fair, transparent and quick to respond. He even took care of a $2 discrepancy! TWO DOLLARS! Phil also did a great job screwing…. on my new plates. ?Very happy!

Jimmy helped us find just the right truck we were looking for and Sebastian guided us with the best deal possible. They were super professional and extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. We love our new truck!

Enoch helped us when we purchased our 2023 GMC Sierra. We had looked it up before we went to the dealership and he knew exactly which truck we were talking about and took no time to grab the keys and go for a test drive. He was very friendly and personable, I wish more sales people were like Enoch. The rest of the staff was great and at no time did we feel pressured.

Went everywhere in the great metropolis of Kansas City looking for a new to me SUV. Stumbled upon Robert Brogden’s lot & saw a Denali that looked pretty good. Drove on up & a gentleman named Jimmy C greeted us. Told him what I was looking for & low & behold he had exactly that! Not only was the selection they had just amazing, but at a priced so well I didn’t even have to haggle! It truly was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Wish I would have came here first & saved myself a few weekends. Love my new to me Denali & the absolute lack of buyer remorse! Oh ya, he was pretty friggen funny & a joy to work with.

I would appreciate it if the service advisor listened to our conversation, they wanted 900 dollars for a brake job. I added a partial about of brake fluid that should have been included in the shop supplies fees that was included in our bill and fixed the issue we wanted advice on. We are debating on whether we want to do anymore business with them. Sadly I have to recommend a second opinion.

You would think going to your local GMC service department, you'd get the best service for your 21 Sierra...I started bringing my truck here because it was local, I could have a family member pick me up and take me home, and the service was pretty alright.Unfortunately that quickly changed. The last two times I went for a simple oil change and rotate turned into a mess.The second to last time they forgot to hook something back up on the truck. I was driving home and it went into limp mode, I about got rear ended on the road. We called service, told them what happened and we slowly drove it up there to get it fixed.The last time, one of the techs cross threaded a lug stud. It cost me about $400 to get that fixed.This service department is way too busy, they exchange quantity over quality. I would tell anyone considering coming here to find a quality service department.

Had a great experience with Chance. He was knowledgeable about the cars and very friendly. Chance took the time to answer our questions and never made us feel rushed to make a decision. Will definitely come back when it’s time to upgrade our truck.

Jimmy C was very patient and helpful with my new lease! He is very knowledgeable, but not high pressure. He wants to make sure you find the car you are happy with. I highly recommend Jimmy and will use him again!
