Very easy process to get a quote and make an appointment. And very convenient that they came to where the vehicle is.

We used to love Safelite. I called them recently to set up an appointment for my wife's windshield and getting to an actual human being is next to impossible. When I finally got to a human being it was a call center that was unable to help me. I tried calling back again to see if our windshield was in stock and trying to navigate the call center menus led to me being disconnected after spinning five minutes on the phone trying to get to a human. I am going to search for another windshield repair company where I can actually speak to someone who works at the store.

Was able to make an appointment the same day. The repair was quick and you can hardly notice there was a chip. I did not use insurance and paid out of pocket. The only drawback is I felt pricing was a bit steep.

This location offered a day & time that was workable with my schedule. Everyone was professional and gave me updates while I waited in the waiting room provided by this location . Overall the windshield chip repairs took about 30 minutes and were successful. Plus this was totally covered by our insurance.

Great experience. First time having work done at the shop after having multiple great experiences with repairs at home through Safelite. The process was extremely easy. Quick install and great work.

RJ was friendly and thorough with the process. It was his first Honda S2000 windshield replacement. Top notch performance.

Passenger side rear door window was installed. However, the next day I was looking at. The door panel fitting and it was off substantially from the drivers side door.
I had to take it back to Safelite and the technician took it into the shop area and fixed it.
Just a matter of not paying attention to detail. All is good now, but it took up my time unnecessarily.

I had submitted the Safelite request through Geico. I chose rear passenger door glass for my Bronco. The work order somehow was messed up and incorrectly listed Driver side rear door glass.
Ethan was professional, friendly, and he went above and beyond to help get the correct glass even though the work order was incorrect, but the website input was somehow correct. He took it upon himself to try and get me taken care of before it rained this week. Absolutely amazing customer service. Will be using Safelite again, and I hope I'll get Ethan.

Not a good experience. I was refused service because the technician said they couldn't guarantee the work. The car had too much rust and they didn't fix that. So it would be a liability, so therefore, they would not do the work, problem is, I already paid for it now, I want my money back and I can't get ahold of anybody to take care of this issue.
Not. Happy. Does anyone answer a phone at Safelight? Do people work there? Ronald the technician won't even answer his phone.
Edit:
The only way I got my money back was to dispute it through my Bank
Account. Smdh

Unable to actually reach a human being for simple information. Nope...Won't get my business. And, was it REALLY necessary to auto prompt for my payment information before my name? Going to lose a lot of people without people. Good Luck with that model of business.

Got me in next day, serviced extremely fast for a repair. Was quoted 45 minutes for the repair and took maybe 20. Everyone at the office was respectful, professional, and I would go back to this location again.

Came out to replace the windshield. A few days later it rained and we noticed the windshield wipers were not aligned correctly (was hitting trim and not cleaning all the way to the driver's side). Was forced to take it into a service center. So 1 hour of driving for a 15 minute fix. So torn with how to review. Probably should just save yourself the hassle and take it in and avoid the remote service.
