TLDR: lack of communication, Terrible customer service, and serious lack of attention to detail WASTED AN ENTIRE MONTH OF MY TIME.It took 2 weeks for my first appointment where this location Installed an aftermarket windshield that was incompatible with my car, confirmed by tech. Tech said they'd order a Manufacturer windshield to get it corrected. 2 more weeks later, this location had ordered the same aftermarket windshield instead of the Manufacturer windshield. Additionally, upon discussion of this issue, this location tried to blame me saying they have to get Insurance approval for that kind of thing, which ultimately was their responsibility and an additional failure.

I loved that I could go online and immediately see my quote after a few questions. From there I was able to reserve a time. It does take a week or so, so don’t expect same day service. I was not in a hurry and they came to my work. Done in about an hour.

Great service !Was an easy appointment scheduling online .The technician Matthew called me at 8 to inform me of the estimated time he was coming.He showed up between the time he estimated .Had amazing customer service 10/10 recommend .Great communication and did an amazing job !!

A rock hit my windshield and it looked like a chip to me, but didn't feel like a chip to my finger. I went to Safelite and asked the Tech to look at it. She said it was only a scratch and so didn't need to be filled. So I avoided the wait and insurance claim. It was nice that they took a minute to look at it before I dropped off my vehicle and waited a long time.

Technician broke my daughter’s new windshield when in the process of replacing it. Then they said we could go ahead and leave with the damaged windshield and have it put back in, which they damaged even more when doing so. The technician hung up on me after telling me what he had done, and then laughed at me in the store when I got there. Then they booked her 10 days out to fix again and never did anything to make it right. The manager called me and was completely rude and played it off like she didn’t know they had dropped her glass windshield, telling me “Things happen and it sucks.” I would never recommend this location to anyone in the area.

I have had to have my car's windshield replaced two times within a year. Safelite did a wonderful job each time.

Communication could improve. At time of drop off they blow you off once you ask an ETA. I didn't get called until 10 mins before they closed. Luckily I was 8 mins away at the time.

Can't reach a live person to ask a question - no matter what you do, the ivru is designed only to make you use the website to search for your answers and if you can't or don't, there is no way to reach a live person.I didn't give it a 1 star because the windshield replacement they did before was fine. The previous one they didn't seal properly so water was leaking for a long time before it was noticed and then it was too late to be covered under warranty. That ruined many electrical parts .. like my blinker noise just stopped working as a result of water getting in behind my dash

Terrible communication. Technician no showed. They claimed they tried to contact me to reschedule but that is false. No email, no call/voicemail left. Real customer service people are hidden behind layers of useless and time consuming automated services. Maybe they hope you will just give up. After many attempts and various calls I found out later that the delivery truck broke down or something. But that took a few hours of calling safelite multiple times before I got a real answer other than “I don’t see an appointment scheduled”. Imagine how infuriating that was to hear. I had multiple confirmation emails. I was even checking my appointment online and checking my email specifically for updates or further instructions multiple times in the days leading up to and on the appointment. Will wait longer to go with a different company.

The people in this office were RUDE and NOT professional in any way! They are obviously not concerned with customer service. All they care about is the huge amount of money my insurance company is paying them to replace my 2022 Mercedes windshield. No smiles , no politeness, terrible people skills.
