I have lived in the community for 6 years and there have been many office staff in this time. I am happy to talk to Heather, I am also happy to talk to Cheyenne. The community feels like home and they made me feel like they care. It has been hard after my divorce to get ahead and they both offered me resources so that I can get back on track and last week the maintenance guys stopped to help me when they seen I was cleaning around my home. I am very happy now. My neighbor has always had a messy yard and they are cleaning the construction stuff that had been there for years. This place is getting better and better. If you want to feel somewhere that you feel like a community this is the place to be. One of the most affordable ways of living. In Johnson County.

Heather Shotkoski was amazing and helped us find a home That was within our budget and the size we were looking for. She made the process extremely easy, and it was extremely transparent for any changes! Would highly recommend Yes communities and Heather when looking for a house!

I've lived here over 7 years now and love everything about it! Lots rent is pretty high but they keep the place clean, offer nice amenities and the school district is awesome. Management has changed a few times over the years but have never had an issue with any of them. I would highly recommend calling this place home it's always been quiet clean and a safe place to live for me and my kids.

I have lived in the community for going on 5 years. The current staff cares about their current and new residents and they are making efforts to make the community a better place! I love that it gives me privacy unlike apartment living.

Absolutely disgusted with the process of applying to RENT here. If you are wanting to live here, just know if you’ve recently paid off a vehicle(or anything that’s going onto your credit) and still have debt, you will be DENIED. I’m paying extra to have our current rental payments show on my credit and it still means nothing. 12 years of perfect rental history and still denied. Your rental history means NOTHING to these people. So if you want to throw $90 down the drain then please proceed in applying. They said they MAY reconsider if we paid 3 months of rent on top of the deposit in advance. That American Dream everyone hears about is a lie. We are set up to FAIL. My husband and I both work full time with two children and the only thing they looked at was our credit to RENT a mobile home. They don’t care about you. They care about your money. Happy to know we lucked out not getting a place here. Can’t imagine how they treat their tenants. If you’re looking for a great place to live in Olathe, check out Homestead Apartments and Townhomes, I HIGHLY recommend.

The location was convenient, but I was not impressed with the overall condition of the small lots and homes offered. It seems to have a fairly small pool for the size of the community. Lot rent is also higher than other parks. However, the few people I spoke with were friendly.

My 90 yr old neighbor here in Santa Barbara got scammed by a handyman she hired on facebook to clear out the overgrown "forest" in her backyard. He got half the job done, insisted she write him a $200 check (which she reluctantly did), and promised both her and I that he'd be back the next Saturday to finish the job. But he was a no-call/no-show.I notified Santa Barbara management what happened, and they sent out all four of their maintenance men (just now), and they cut down the rest of the forest in her backyard, cleared out all the vines and roots, then sprayed her back yard with a chemical to kill off the remaining weeds/roots. In addition, they ALSO mowed and trimmed her entire yard and overgrown bushes! They did all if this FOR FREE. NO CHARGE TO HER. Because they knew she was a victim of a scamSanta Barbara may cost a few buck more than those ghetto drug/violence filled "trailer parks", but you will not regret paying a few bucks more to live in this community. It's quiet, peaceful; neighbors ALL know and help each other.
