I wasted my time applying here not WOTC and I'm a senior. This position of greeter Nothing but age discrimination. I will come by to meet the new greeter. They better be there if not.I'm Filing with the Kansas state department of labor. Follow up. I received an email 6 days after saying that my Master's degree, my bachelor's degree, being FINRA licensed. Going to Cambridge University St John's College in the UK as part of a student exchange for a year. Owning my own business for 18 years. I had to chase down the retail manager to find out if I was hired or not?? I Just wanted to do something in retirement. I'm told I don't have the right qualifications???? Are you kidding me??? For a greeter position? They must have an MIT grad doing the greeting. UPDATE, 6 days later after I interviewed for this job I get an email saying that well we looked over your qualifications but you know you don't have the qualifications that we need to work there at Savers. I wanted a part-time job while I was retired I live three minutes from the place. I went on my interview the general manager himself Marco said hey wait a minute.Just off the top of his head we need a greeter it has been a long while since we had one. I didn't even know they were hiring for different positions for that. I applied to be a part time floor associate? It just came off the top of his head? I came later that day as Marco asked and I get interviewed later that afternoon the same day. It is crazy because they have people that are WOTC and I can't believe it. Then I asked the retail manager Marissa Edwards, when I had to chase her around on the phone to call her about this position and she said you didn't get a call or an email I went no? Marissa said that they had found someone to fill that position and that's crazy when it just came off the top of the general manager's head last week? I told her I applied for other positions she said everything else is full time. But, if you look at their current posts they have online right now they still have part time on there? So, I guess if you're an educated retired person and there was another senior woman there and when I was there on the register I don't get it? You know in my resume. I was in the Israeli Navy as a lieutenant or Samal maybe there had something against Jews who knows. This is outright discrimination. I already filed with Kansas labor and they're going to have to give me the specific reason to them why they would not allow me to get hired? I can't wait because if they find any discrimination. My lawyer said we can take that charge from the state and file it in a civil court and sue the hell out of them It's a slam dunk because if you get a state sanction discrimination charge they're going to want to work out a court they don't want to go to court they'll end up find that retail manager too. I'll end up getting tax-free money more than anyone else would make their working for years. Of course you won't not hear anything from the General Manager anyone because you know what folks this is all true. I text him all this on the number he text me from no response. I cannot wait till the state gets in there.

Nice big store with lots of stuff but way over priced. I may as well go by new. Also there’s no dressing rooms, and I won’t buy clothes without trying them on.

Today, at approximately 2 PM, I went to drop off a box of Christmas decorations. There was another person ahead of me who was being helped with unloading items from the trunk of their car. I thought it would be easier to take the box I was carrying and place it in the donation bin to save them the trouble. However, a tall, withe with brow light hair-skinned woman yelled at me not to do it and told me I needed to move my car forward. At that point, I couldn't put the box back in my car. As I was about to get into my car, she approached me and repeated, in a rude and arrogant manner, that next time I should move my car forward. I felt upset because my only intention was to help, and I was treated very poorly while trying to make a donation.

A lot of alternative, I think, ends up here I feel. Well at least Hot Topic the only brand that comes off the top of my head. Personally, I probably won’t be back. I’ve only ever shopped here in recent years but the prices for secondhand clothing is insane. I assume they got away with it due to Good Will being gone. It’s soo crowded in quite a lot of racks that I couldn’t move anything by sliding. It took a lot to remove a clothing with the hanger, I pulled on some without the hanger, if it was wedged too tight, and hope it didn’t break (thankfully none that I did did break). I don’t remember if they have dressing rooms. I think they need a bins or whatever like Good Will does. I’m thinking a lot of this ends up in the landfill if no one can get anything out the crammed racks.

Was on a mission today and since Savers is filled with donations, there's never any guarantee of finding what you're after. Today was a bonus day! After all that I've been seeing and reading about plastics and microplastics in our bodies, I am systematically ditching the plastics I have pertaining to food. My mission was to find extra silverware, actually stainless steel, inexpensively so I could throw out and not use or again buy plastic cutlery. What I found will work great! It's certainly not 18/8 but it's a decent weight and I think will be fine for the purpose I intend it. The bonus was finding a beautiful long sleeve cotton plaid ladies Chaps shirt in colors that make me think of a fall sunset (or sunrise)! So excited to get it washed, ironed with just the right amount of London laundry's Ironing Spray ... and wear it! $5.49! I think it's going to be my choice for the next sunflower field I visit! Okay now

Forget their prices being close to gouging, this place has a really bad mold infestation and being inside for 5 minutes will make you very drowsy, snuffy nose, and make you want to sleep. This is especially problematic for mold sensitive people like me, or even you and you may not know it.

I like Savers. They usually have good stuff when we need to build costumes or find dresses. I didn't buy anything this time it was really busy. I think it must have been senior day. There were some cute things though.

Some of the staff was nice. Some of the staff was rude. Absolutely no dressing rooms. Wasting customer time by not having one. Overall disliked my experience at this store.
