Absolutely love the customer service in this place. The young man that always helps me is amazing and got me hooked on my everyday moisturizer with sunscreen. It's called every single day. Has a moisturizer and a 45 SPF use it everyday!! Love it..❤️. Pretty much the only reason I go into Kohl's.. because the rest of it is overpriced racks of crap.
I went in today only to drop off an Amazon return package. I saw a cute t-shirt with a cute saying... it was $20! and wasn't even printed correctly. So par for the course. I go here for two reasons ..
My SPF moisturizer and returning Amazon packages. The rest of it you can keep.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Sephora! The staff, especially Savannah, Cherie, Rebecca, Maddi, and Kelly, went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. This Kohl's is great they have self check outs and it is huge with a great selection of clothes and it's really organized compared to other Kohl's I've been too.

I walked into Sephora @ Kohls, straight off the 'Hot Mess Express'! Immediately after the ladies greeted me, I was laughing and smiling on a rainy, gloomy, day! Cherie helped me spend all my money and I found exactly what i came for. Times like these are why I only shop at THIS Sephora! Thank ya'll so much! Never dull your shine. Recently visited Sephora located in Kohl's on 135th street in Olathe. I first called the store to inquire about a product. I was helped by Gabriele. She later greeted me in the store and took me directly to what I was looking for. She was very friendly, knowledgeable about products and I was very pleased with her service. I would recommend this store and this young lady to anyone shopping for makeup. Thank you Gabriel!

I honestly never leave reviews unless I have a really good or really bad experience but I had to because of the lady that helped me yesterday! When I first came in, I was met with the most bright and welcoming smile from a blonde girl!!! I already knew what I wanted so I went to go get it but they were out of stock :( The same blonde girl, Princess, came over after a little bit of me standing around on my phone looking for another Sephora that had what I wanted. She suggested the perfume set, not only was it the last one but I absolutely love it!!! I would've never bought it and got to try the other scents (one which I happen to like a lot more) if she didn't recommend it to me! Princess was honestly the nicest and most helpful person I have ever met in a Sephora's store all without being pushy. I commented on her makeup and she actually gave me a few tips and tricks on blending eyeshadow! After check out I couldn't remember my email address to get my points and instead of just ringing me up (which has happened before) she actually typed in all 4 of them for me and insisted that we would find the one my account was linked to. She was so delightful! I hope she gets a raise because she definitely deserves it!

do not buy here. 12/24/2020 I bought a smartwatch for my husband, it has a special price because they said it was the last one. long story short... smartwatch was used; it has sand on it and it was broken. came back today to returned with the gift receipt but they said that because the box doesn't have the code I have to provide original receipt. I explained that I have the card that I used to purchase it but they keep saying it was not possible. I got mad, told them that is unacceptable they are selling trash, and if their system is so old that they can't not look by description or with my card.... end of history; scratching my head to not loose over 100 dls and give my husband a proper Christmas gift and not the trash they sold me as something new.

Be careful! Do not trust Kohl’s credit card! I had a negative balance, but they added interest anyway and sent in to the credit bureau for months that I was delinquent.
My credit score is affected.
I’ve tried to talk with someone to correct this for days. They keep me on hold for 30 minutes to tell me there’s nothing they can do, and I’ll have to wait a month then get a letter.
