Went here because it was closer than Home Depot. Pretty much a “can’t do” attitude. Felt like I was bothering the guy. Expensive too. I’ll drive the extra distance to Lowe’s or Home Depot next time! Never really been to a SW. Thought it would be a better experience.

They might as well just hang a sign in the front window and say they don't want any business and to go away that is exactly how I was treated when I walked in there exactly like a second class citizen. They made absolutely no effort to try to help me solve my problem we're rude and short with their answers so I took my business to the Ridgeview and 135th store. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes and my problem was solved so do what I did and go see Devin over on 135th Street he will take good care of you but definitely do not go back to the clowns in this store. I will never be back

Needed touch up paint for the interior walls of my new home. Knew from the builder the shade and finish in eggshell which we requested from this store. Was given satin finish which the brilliant staff there concluded was the same. It is not. Now stuck with a quart of paint we cannot use.

If I could give less than one star I would!
I went in to the Olathe store on K7 yesterday and picked out a color and was going to purchase a quart of paint. The gentleman working informed me of a sale starting today if I wasn’t in a hurry and could come back I could get it at the sale price. I hurried back to this store after work with my paint swatch I had chosen and made it in 15 minutes before the store closed. I went straight to the counter and a different person was working behind the counter than yesterday. As I approached the counter he could see my paint swatch in my hand and asked if I was picking up an order or wanting paint mixed. I told him I was there to have a quart of paint mixed that I had already chosen. He rudely told me he wasn’t mixing any more paint today, that I would have to come back tomorrow. I let him know that I wouldn’t be back and I would buy my paint elsewhere. It was obvious he hated his job. It’s a shame, we painted our entire exterior of our home with paint purchased at this store and spent well over a thousand dollars. I am getting ready to have the inside completely painted and I’ll be damned if I ever step foot back in that store again. I will buy my paint at Lowe’s or H.D.

No stars weren’t an option, didn’t receive any assistance from this place. I had the numbers from the build sheet, tried to ask questions and 100$ later, doesn’t match at all!!! Had always had good results with Sherman Williams, will never go back to this location!! Buyer beware.

Edited to add response to owners response-Dear owner- I do not feel that your prices are too high, but that I was lied to and sold 2 gallons of paint because that “is the smallest quantity” available in that color. I was given the discounts and sales offered, but my total was still $107. If the manager had been honest, and actually listened to what I was asking for, he could have sold me a quart or pint! BUT SAID IT WAS NOT AN OPTION! Had he made the color in the size requested, my final price would have been $20. Additionally, I did go to the store and talked to the manager 2 hours after I bought the paint. He was condescending and acted like we had not had the conversation about what I was needing and said “that was a conversation we should have had when I bought the paint!” But IT WAS! I was lied to and sold a much larger quantity of paint at a much higher price because I was told it was my only option.He refused to return the paint even though his lies are what sold it in the first place. I have been a loyal customer of Sherwin Williams for over 20 years, but will now go elsewhere. If I can’t trust the MANAGER to run an ethical business and not lie to sell more product, my money is better spent with a different company.Original post-I was oversold and the manager is not willing to make it right. I went in asking for the smallest quantity available of 2 paint colors I had previously purchased from this store to “touch up” a few nail holes. I was told the smallest quantity the paint colors come in are 1 gallon. I purchased both colors but didn’t feel right about the $107. I decided to dig around and found online, samples are available for $9 each at the same store, in the correct colors and finishes!I just went to the store to ask to return the gallons I bought due to buying them under false statements, but the manager (who is the person who sold me the paint this morning) said the “touch up” paint samples won’t match exactly. I said it was just for a few nail holes and it wasn’t worth the $90 difference. He said it was a conversation we should have had when I purchased the paint… but it was! So now I am out $107 dollars instead of $20 because they refuse to take back the 2 gallons.Yes, I know the policy is that tinted paints are non-refundable, but I feel I was lied to and oversold based on the information given of “the smallest quantity these come in is 1 gallon.” I should have listened to my gut and not been so gullible. Lesson learned.

Customer service is horrible!!! Purchased paint to touch up a wall and it was to dark. Told me I was out of luck. Have to paint the whole wall. Eric was I was talking to!!!! No help what do ever. Out 35 bucks for a qt of paint.

RUDE!! I have gone to this store for years and I won't go back in again ever. I am so sick of NO customer service and rude employees. Not a contractor account but will not step foot in this store again. Walked out without purchasing a thing. One word answers, I was obviously a bother to this girl. Unfortunate....
