They were quick and easy to work with. Very simple fix. The cost was reasonable and I loved the fact they did what was requested and didn't try to do anything extra or try to find something else to fix for more money. They were honest and that's what I can appreciate. I've been looking for a new car place to take my car for mechanical issues and I think I have found it.

STOP & READ!This company is amazing! I'm dead serious. Extremely professional, Extremely knowledgeable, Extremely upfront. What else can you really ask for out of a small business? I love my truck. This is my daily and my weekend warrior. Over 215,000 miles and these guys gave me a full break down and what's hot and what can wait a while. Unbelievable! I'm a customer for life. I would trust you to do your research, but when it was all said and done they knocked my repair out of the park and did it with no B.S attached. Thanks fellas.Service: A/C installation & repair

Brandon and the team are always first class! I had my transmission replaced in 2020 and the process was easy, cost effective and quick. Additionally, I've used SK for all of my vehicles maintenance in between and can't thank them enough for their professionalism and sincerity. This is the shop to go to in KC! This shop and the staff that work here are top shelf. The service advisor, Brandon, who is always pleasant to speak with, mentioned they have a hot parts washer and to just bring them by. I was in no particular rush to receive them back, but he was able to clean them in just a matter of a few hours. The pics speak for themselves. Very impressed and what he charged was quite reasonable. This shop is a hidden gem and should get more recognition in the Toyota truck community. 5/5.

Dropped my old school off for a diagnostic and a coolant leak, thinking my new radiator I just installed was busted. Turns out my water pump was out. They got me in and out quickly. Brandon is very nice and respectful and kept me informed. This will probably be my new go to shop.

If you're thinking about purchasing a vehicle pay the $100 for the inspection beforehand. Most thorough inspection I've ever received including a link to their 25 point inspection with detailed images showing every issue bumper to bumper. Saved me a lot of money

Went it with a post vehicle inspection and they were able to get me in relatively quickly. While they said they are a little skeptical of working on cars with aftermarket parts they still did a very thorough inspection and even gave me a link to a website with the inspection on it, included details from the mechanics and pictures of what they saw. Would highly recommend

SK always does a wonderful job. They truly go above and beyond what most shops do. The inspection report is very detailed and they don't try to push services on me. Especially with my older car when I'm just looking to keep the fluids circulating. Brandon is also extremely personable and great at explaining services and findings.Services: Oil change

I have lived in Olathe for 30+ years. This is my final stop for my auto repairs. I have visited a few others before finding SK through a recommendation. Best one I have ever received. I have been scammed by other repair places. One very prominent and expensive one. It is hard to find mechanics you trust. These folks have proven time and again exceptional technicians and never greedy or suggesting repairs not needed. They bolster that confidence by providing thorough exams of the vehicle and include pictures of any evidence of needed repairs. They have let me know about simple fixes I can do myself when calling for a repair instead of charging me 200.00 to do it for me. They have completed a valve job that has made our truck new again and last for several years with no sign of deterioration. I used to get my synthetic oil changes through Jiffy Lube. Not only are they less expensive they are more professional and take the time to check out the vehicle when I ask them. They take a personal interest in their customers. You can call and tell the vehicle and they know who you are. They know cars. We have had a truck, a sportster, sedan all different makes Mazda, Toyota, Chevrolet, Bmw. They have worked on all of these for us, brakes, exhaust, tires, air conditioning, fuel pump, suspension, ball and joint, so much through the years. I can give this review with extreme confidence. I highly recommend SK Mechanic, their team is exceptional.Services: Battery

I had SK Mechanic replace the below parts I ordered, during the ' repair Brandon called each time they found something that needed addressed. They did not fix one thing before contacting me first.Lower & Upper control arms, ball joints, sway bar links, struts and a few other things. They did a amazing job, my 2005 Jeep Liberty drives like new! I would recommend them for sure. Great work and will keep you posted as the repair is done. Even will all this work they was done in 2 business days. 5 stars!!!Services: Wheel alignment

My family has been taking cars to these guys for over five years. They have never once been dishonest, untrue, untrustworthy, price gouged or taken advantage of those who don’t know cars…..I know nothing about cars but they have been upfront, honest and explained everything to me in terms I can understand.My best recommendation is that my own mother uses this shop. My stepdad knows more about cars than the back of his own hand and he still uses this shop for things he can’t do.If you are a woman, and are unsure of a shop to trust, I wholeheartedly recommend this shop.Services: Oil change
