  Skyler was my stylist. I've usually gone to GreatClips but we were on the other side of town. There was an hour wait, but we did our check in on the app and went to do a few chores.
  
  Skyler gave me the most thorough and neat haircut of my life. I'm used to being in and out of the chair in 20 minutes so it was a nice change. Every single hair is in its place. I highly recommend her. I will definitely be requesting her next time I come in!
  
  Jill did my brother's haircut with similar thoroughness. You really cannot go wrong with either of these stylists.

  Mina is amazing! Such a nice person. Easy to talk to and remembers what we talked about last haircut. She makes the whole experience more pleasant. I recommended a friend to her and he loves her as well. Can't praise her enough ( and no, I'm not a relative lol)

  While I was speaking with another stylist during one of my children’s haircuts, the store manager approached my other two children—who were simply laughing and playing appropriately (in the chairs)—and told them, “There are two seats, each of you sit in one,” before pointing to my 9-year-old son and saying, “Stop being a jerk.”
  
  I found this interaction to be completely unprofessional and out of line. My children were not disobeying any rules; they were merely engaging with each other in a lighthearted, respectful manner. For a manager to speak to a child in such a demeaning way is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall environment of the establishment. I expect better conduct from someone in a leadership position, especially when interacting with families and young children.

  This place is horrible. Gave me a bald dot on the side of my head and focused on talking to me more than cutting my hair. Please don’t go here unless you want a haircut that’s different from what you told them.
